I'd give them 5 stars if pricing was better. Cost over $500 for a battery. The staff was very nice and I was taken care of but a Jetta battery shouldn't cost over $500!

Back in 2024 my wife and I purchased a brand new Volkswagen atlas. Initially we had picked out a car (our first brand new car) with remote start. They were going to clean it up and pull it out for us. Upon getting it home we realized it didn’t have the remote start option (which we told them was a must). So we call and talk to them about giving us the wrong key possibly. That’s when we are told it doesn’t come with remote start. We settle as they said they would install it. 13 months later they finally decide to do it. Fast forward to this summer. The car has been in and out of the dealership to fix wiring issues. Not just once, today it went in for the same issue for the 6th time! Beechmont has been a nightmare and multiple times refused to help us with a loaner! The service manager has been awful and the way they have handled this situation is far less that satisfactory. Today when I finally decide to take charge of the situation the service manager tells me it is a common problem to just turn the car off, open the door, close the door and start it and see if that “fixed” it. My wife and I have been taken advantage of and we don’t want anyone else to spend their hard earned money on this terrible dealership! We would love to hear from you soon!

Great place to buy a car. No hassling. We were looking at a car. We went to lunch. When we got back they had already sold the car. They got us another car and had it ready for pick up at our convenience. C.J. was helpful and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great experience.

Easiest buying experience I've had. Saw the car I wanted online, provided over my trade information, and put together a deal remotely. Drove in towards the end of their night, test drove our car and they honored the number they offered for our Ford. Pricing was fair, and the whole experience, including in the finance office, was very low pressure. CJ in sales, his manager Jesse, and Tim the finance guy were all great to work with.

I ordered an emergency key for my Volkswagen Passat from this business, but the key did not operate the ignition or door locks. When I contacted them to address the issue and request a refund or to recut the key, they refused to provide one. I was disappointed with the lack of product quality and customer service, and I would caution others to verify compatibility before purchasing parts from this volkswagen dealership.
