We hosted our wedding at the Bell Event Centre just over a month ago and they were absolutely amazing, we could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out!Our event coordinator was AJ and he was an absolute dream to work with! I swear he was always one step ahead of everything and was always quick to respond to every question we had throughout the planning process and on the day itself.The food was fabulous and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to us and our guests. And of course the venue itself is absolutely stunning and is truly the perfect backdrop for any wedding.If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a single thing. For anyone getting married in Cincinnati the Bell is absolutely the venue to pick!

One of Cincinnati's finest wedding venues! I'm always thrilled to play there - the acoustics are out of this world and staff members like AJ and Morgan hustle hard to take care of their clients. Excellent venue and staff. We attended a wedding there this past weekend that was beautiful. The staff was beyond wonderful. During cocktail hour one of the staff dropped and shattered a plate instead of the manager flipping out her first question was if she was ok. That stood out to me and showed why the staff were awesome because they are treated well. The venue had it all and anything you may have forgotten covered. Total 5 star experience!

Recently had our wedding reception here, and it could not have been a more perfect evening. The venue was faultlessly beautiful, the staff was excellent, and our event coordinator, AJ, was persistently on top of making sure every detail was taken care of. We received an abundance of compliments from our guests, and we were able to celebrate all night without worrying about anything. I can not say enough good things about AJ or the Bell.

Everything environmental was amazing. The venue, the food, the music, the drinks. Everything from the bottom to the top.BUT: the. only thing i was worried about was a worker, very bad attitude and custmer service. African American, Black wig, skinny triangle shape face and facial scars, she was extremely rude towards me the entire night and would roll her eyes and ignore . me or get upset when i asked questions. It disturbed me a lot. i don’t think i would come back if she’s there, other than that i had a very good time

It's sad to say such a wonderful place and venue the experience was ruined by the staff. We booked this venue last year and defiantly were blinded from beginning. We were set to meet up with a coord names Josh and he's was not experienced enough for this position, but he was let go by the company with in the year of our planning. So at this time we got switched between whoever was left. Finally I got placed with a coordinator named Kelsey ( the only person who was personably and seemed to care about a vision for a wedding). She seemed to be great and understand what we wanted. but unfortunately we got moved to someone else and I was told by Sarah Hicks we would bet the best service as all the best of the best would be present for our wedding... That was a joke, I maybe seen my coordinator three times the whole night, at rehearsal everything was decent, we had timing together and everything for our entrance and of course wedding day had a whole different person and messed it up. We also did not know the Bell Center is not owned by who we were renting from it's owned by someone else and they TOOK OUT THE BELLS!! and didn't let any of us know. I was also upset when the staff broke some of my decorations I made because they couldn't figure out how to turn them on when I showed Sarah previously. We paid for extra time at the venue and paid for the bar to stay open. at 8pm the bar closed down and we count even get water and was suppose to be open till 10pm. My husband said something about it and Sarah said she would check into it but I doubt she did. They also lost a remote to my flameless candles, we did decided to leave a bit early but it's okay the venue made sure to take the $1,100 as a profit after they charges over $20,000 for the night. I still don't understand how they can get away with charging children for alcohol but they do! over 6 you get charged for alcohol! My photographer was amazing and actually helped me almost all night compared to my coordinator. My friend got married at this venue and we had different experience by far I guess it's all who you deal with if I could recommend not Sarah. Literally the company needs better organization and communication.

Location is beautiful. The food was such a disappointment. Have your catering done by anyone else. Steak was beyond well done, they ran out of food and then gave last table vegetarian meals. People were not happy

The Bell Event Center is the ONLY venue to host your wedding and/or wedding reception! Every detail is accounted for, even things you would never think of! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect for you!The space speaks for itself. The lighting. The architecture. The original fresco style painting on the ceilings. The arches. The acoustics. All 10 out of 10!The staff is incredible! Krissy was our day of coordinator and she made sure we were absolutely perfectly comfortable with every detail and decision so that we could just enjoy ourselves. Wedding planning is chaotic and stressful enough. All we wanted was to dance the night away without a care in the world, and Krissy made sure we were able to do that!Wedding food isn't typically something to write home about, but Chef Hannah is doing everything she can to make sure that isn't the case at Bell! From the passed hors d'oeuvres to the entrees, everything was executed perfectly! Her team is full of All Stars!Let's face it, weddings and receptions are expensive, and if you're going to pay top dollar, you better get a top notch experience! Every venue we visited was going to be similar cost for Bell, but none of the venues included the necessary items for your wedding reception. Things like silverware, linens, table clothes, glassware, etc. Bell did! I found myself asking these other venues, "How are my guests supposed to eat? With their hands?" If I want to be nickel and dimed, I'll go car shopping! Bell took this cost and made sure all of those items are included in your rental fee. Bravo!Bell Event Center and their team have thought of everything and more! You won't be disappointed!

The venue was truly lit by candlelight, Bell Center is a profoundly beautiful space and the performance and talent of musicians even surpassed the beauty of the locale. I could not have enjoyed it more, seating was comfortably placed and was beautifully lit. I cannot wait for my next candlelight concert at memorial hall, this is a brilliant way to make classical music and modern music played on strings accessible to all ages, cultures, and budgets. I would love to see the concept expanded to other types of music and musicians!
