Horrible. Needed my nebulizer, took my insurance to get involved before they "found" the Rx that my doctor sent over. Should have went else where.

Rude staff & poor customer service. When I went in, the guy in charge of teaching me how to use my breathing machine, was rude and condescending. Apparently he was in a bad mood bc he lives with his mother, dude is like mid 40s, and she let his dog out. I went in and had to come back later that day bc he went home to find his dogs. No biggie, but when I came back he was rude af. Instead of explaining how to use the machine he just complained about how ppl never take care of their machines right and his whole vibe was just marose. They will call when your prescription is available but they will never leave a voicemail or send an email. I definitely got the feeling I wasnt welcome there bc of my ethnicity. I will be moving my business to anywhere but here. I called today Sunday at 10am only to be told they are not open right now. Then the vm said their hours on Sunday is 9-1pm. Save your time and efforts if you are a person of ethnicity or a single woman. They will walk all over you if you allow them to.

Zero stars would be better! If you need to choose a supplier for your cpap machine.. run.. run far away.. don't waste your time or money with them. Long drawn out process to pick up machine. The lady teaching the machine did everything but that. The man in the next room was cussing on the phone at a customer. I mean I could go on and on. They all need to take classes on customer service.

Really I would give 0 stars. I’ve been trying to get a maternity support belt for 12 weeks. I went in and got measured at 13weeks so that I would have it in plenty of time for my belly to start growing. I am now 25weeks and still no belt. I call multiple times a week and get no answer and no call back. The first time they ordered it they ordered the wrong belt and I had to return it (after waiting 10weeks for it to arrive). When I do get speak with someone they tell me it is ordered and will be in in a couple days but I never hear back. I finally got through and spoke to an owner today and they said it actually is not ordered and I have to call them on Monday. No apology. I was on the verge of tears (if you know why someone needs one of these you would understand) and she was clearly annoyed that I was upset and said she can’t do anything until Monday and I need to wait until during the week. “She can’t make it just appear. She needs time.” I told her I called 4 times during the past week alone so I have a hard time waiting until Monday since I have been waiting 13weeks already and she just kept repeating herself and telling me she was an owner and it’s all she could do. Without the belt I am in constant pain when standing and at this point I probably have irreversible damage from not having the support belt but she still just told me to call her on Monday. (And yes, I looked at another company across town, got another prescription sent, but when I finally decided to do that, Bernens told me that my belt was ordered and would be there in 2-3 days, so I canceled that plan to wait the 2 days, but that that ended up not being true and it is still not even ordered 2 weeks later). Every other time I call and get through to someone they either tell me, I am not the person that orders those, we’ll have someone call you back (but that doesn’t happen) or they tell me it IS being ordered. But when I call to see if it is in, they say it isn’t ordered yet!! I makes no sense. I feel like they just keep stringing me along making me think it will be there the next time I call. I hate to leave a bad review for a business that I wanted to support but I definitely don’t want someone to waste their time and go through this experience when they have a time sensitive need like this. At this point I will have the support for a maximum of 15weeks of my pregnancy. So if it can help someone else choose a company that will serve them better, that’s what matters.

Mina was so very polite on every phone call and very patient. She was a great help in getting my prescription filled and getting the necessary documents from my doctors office(who kept dragging their feet). The staff are very polite and wonderful!!!
