I came in on Sunday 3/30/25 to get a battery replacement with my iPhone 13. Apple places a hold on it (unknown reason still as the Geek Squad said they hadn’t ever seen the issue before) and after the initial call to tell us about the hold, we were left in the dark until today Tuesday 4/1/25 when we discovered the repair was finished through the website. We had tried to contact the store numerous times only to be sent to a call center and never speak to anyone in the actual store. Upon pickup of my phone, my fiancé asked for my charger back (as the online checklist said to bring it) and they gave us the wrong one which isn’t even efficient for my device, so I now have to buy a new one from a different store. We travelled over an hour one way multiple times for a 1/10 experience.
You will be kept in the dark through lackluster team communication and hopefully it isn’t an Apple product, which adds a whole other awful layer to this whole thing.

Best buy is turning into an a ignorant democrat business. Took back a ps4 controller and they charged me $9 to get a new one even though i have their total tech stupid plan. I usually spend a lot of money there i will no longer shop at best buy the can such a big one. So no i do not recommend this democrat store.

Bought 2 Iphone 16's and 2 Apple watches. The Best Buy sales person (Brad) who was also the Verizon expert advised that at the end of all of this, our monthly expense would be a "few dollars more than currently being billed. After trade in's of Apple Phones we are now paying almost $40/month more than were paying. This translates to over $1,200 more during the 3 year obligation we now have. Additionally both Brad and his manager told me the resolution belongs to Verizon, not Best Buy. I went to Verizon and they said we have nothing to do with what Best Buy tells you during the purchase process. Bottom line, is that Best Buy has lost a Customer that has spent over $15,000 in TV's and Sound equipment over the past 5 years. Very disappointing. Beware of the Best Buy Sales guys and make THEM, sign something for you which represents what they told you the price will e.

The sore looked great and the associates were very helpful, but not pushy. I felt like they truly had my best interest in mind, it wasn't which product they wanted me to buy, about which product was the right thing for me.

Literally have gone in 5 times now to buy an apple pencil only to br completely ignored while employees stand srpund and talk or do whatever one guy walked past me and i said hey im just trying to get an apple pencil ... only to be told sorry man theres nobody to help you and then he kept walking by....

Finding an employee who actually knows what they're doing in this store is impossible. Absolutely zero reason to physically enter this store. If you're gonna buy it, buy it online and save yourself a headache.
