Verizon store at this Best Buy is Garbage. Spent almost 2hr the first time when I purchased a iPhone and Apple Watch. Didn’t such correctly, lost 1/3 of my contacts, apps are working properly, email is a no-go.
Went back to the store, waited 30mins, only 1 person working behind the Verizon counter and lady being helped looked beyond frustrated. Verizon rep had his head down the entire time and never acknowledge folks in line nor leaned into time management expectations. Finally, folks just left.

We live close to Eastgate Best Buy, but always come to Fields Ertel due to people like Joan and Devin. They are fantastic!

I will never spend another cent at Bestbuy. They sold me a service plan by lying to me that it covers all of my electronic devices. The first year I never used it. It automatically renewed. Six months later I try to use the service plan for my phone I purchased directly from Samsung and Bestbuy informs me the service plan only covers devices purchased from Bestbuy. I requested that the service plan be terminated and demanded a refund for everything I paid for the service plan. The store manager stated that he could terminate the service plan and only refund the amount paid for the current year. He told me to call customer support to request the refund for the first year. When I called customer support I was told they would escalate the request and I would be contacted within a few days. I never heard back. About a month later I called again and was told the same thing. I never heard back. I called again and was informed that the service contract was finally canceled the last time I called and I was issued a prorated refund based on that date, which was a month after I originally thought it was terminated. Therefore, the prorated amount was a month less and I never received the refund for the entire year.

This was the best Best Buy we knew. Recently was in to make a purchase and saw the acting leader talk down to employees who are learning and it was not right. He told the kind gentleman assisting us he would take over and welhen we asked politely to allow the young man to finish with us, those so called "Director" stated "I have three other customers waiting. This is my store". New power, poor leadership. So, if you want great service skip the Field Settle location. They should not have the bearded guy destroying such a great team who talks down to employees and customers. Not fit for leading. We miss the previous GM in place for years. Relationships matter!

We stopped in and was greeted at the door. Ask about tvs, they directed us to the back of store. We needed a TV right away. We would have bought 65 inch better one. But we didn't want go to another store. So we got a cheaper model. Service was great. Thanks
