Best buy of Fairfield. The store looked liked clearance center. Not one person around to answer questions. Will stay out of that store. Fields Ertel best buy was way better, someone actually answered questions and took time to explain features. Will be back to that store. Fairfield store should be shut down.

Sometimes you just need to go to a store where you can look at a product and ask questions. Dropped off one star because sometimes the stock is low or empty on certain items.

Do not order appliances from Best Buy! They have terrible delivery service. My partner order 5 major appliances and they didn’t tell him the dryer was missing until the day of delivery. He ordered over $6,000 worth of appliances more than a month before the delivery date and they said nothing about an appliance missing. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother. The delivery window is ridiculous. We have to keep changing our delivery date because it conflicts. Also, they don’t care if you complain. Believe the other negative reviews and go somewhere else. We might cancel, get a refund and buy it somewhere else for the dryer.

While sales staff are good, the install crew is horrible. Best Buy's 800 number is worthless. They hung up on me several times, would not identify themselves, and each time I asked to speak with the manager, I was disconnected.When I asked to be connected to the store, they said they were able to do that.Yes, I am returning the entire purchase.Yes, I will be purchasing from a local mom and pop shop. I don't care that it will cost more, because the service will be far better.Best Buy is NOT the best buy.I feel sorry for the employees who have to put up with this corporate lack of leadership.

Geek squad didn't even check my computer and indicated the problem "did not sound good".Very willing to send over the computer guy to talk to me about a new computer.It turned out to need a new battery.Very dissatisfied with the Geek Squad.

Been years since I went into a bestbuy. I was reminded why last week when I visited this location. Needed a camera and had to find a rep who told me I'm getting the phone 10 mins later to find them helping others in cellphones. Finally got him to go look came back with a box said I found it. I was happy asked for the box he said no. I finally convinced him to let me see the box it was wrong camera. I get it but I'm not buying from a place that wants top dollar and makes me feel like criminal. I'll stay out of your stores if it's that dangerous due to theft that I can't look at 800 dollar items I would of bought. Just my personal experience.

Last week, my wife and I purchased a new washer and dryer from your store, with the expectation of a delivery today. We arranged our work schedules around this delivery date to ensure we'd be available. However, upon contacting your team, we were shocked to discover that we weren't even on the delivery schedule.This oversight has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Not only did we adjust our work commitments, but we also made other arrangements to accommodate the delivery. The lack of communication from your delivery team only compounded our annoyance. There was no proactive outreach to inform us of the scheduling issue, leaving us in a difficult position.When purchasing such essential household appliances, one expects not just quality products but also reliable and professional service, which includes timely delivery and effective communication. This experience has unfortunately fallen short of those expectations.We are seeking an immediate resolution to this situation. A prompt and expedited delivery, along with an explanation and an appropriate gesture of compensation for the inconvenience caused, would be a reasonable start towards rectifying this issue.We hope this feedback helps improve your service for future customers.

Shout out to the manager (Keith) at Fields Ertel. I had an issue that I had been trying to resolve since November. When I spoke with him this week, he had the matter resolved within minutes.Additionally, Luke in the phones department is very knowledgeable.
