This hotel is our secret hideaway! Every room is unique and laid out differently. There is a fireplace in every room. We have stayed here many, many times and it is always excellent. It is clean and unbelievably quiet. We love eating in the restaurant downstairs (The National Exemplar) and relaxing in the bar (Sotheby's). There are several other restaurants in walking distance, as well as a movie theater. It is also near Oakley which has many more restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It's a great place to spend a quiet weekend.

Great place to get away in old world charm. In fact, my wife and I love this place so much we return to it every year for our anniversary. (Plus other times.) It's so cozy and warm, especially in winter. There are some great dining options in the area including the National Exemplar. One little secret is that there is a fantastic local bakery (Golden Hands Bakery) just few blocks away that has some of the best donuts you'll every eat. There's an art house movie theater less than a block away and you're only minutes away from downtown with stadiums and the Cincinnati Art Museum. Our next trip is less than a week away and we're already excited.

We have been using this hotel for years. It's a Tudor style hotel with tons of character. It's not your Nirmal hotel. The lobby, sitting areas, and bar smell of rich mahogany and leather bound books.(Thats from a movie. Lol) The whole hotel is very classy as are the rooms. The showers are awesome and have a raindrop shower head if you choose to use it. Three are small refrigerators in the rooms. The tvs are hidden behind a picture that lowers and raises. Just go to their website for pics. I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel. Do it!!!!

Charming stay for family visiting Anderson Twp. The restaurant is high quality, rooms are very nice and the location is central. Quaint shops, movie theatre and food venues within close walking distance.

Well, I was not staying there, I went to the restaurant, (which by the way the food is very good), but I have heard good comments

The service here is amazing. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. Hotel is gorgeous. Plenty of parking. Beds comfy. Great location. Felt it was a bit pricey though for the location. My only complaint.

Beautiful hotel located in a warm and welcoming area. Rooms are very comfortable and well organized, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the Mariemont area has a cozy, safe, and friendly environment. Would definitely return for another stay in the future.

I started staying here in the early 90’s and even pre Best Western renovation, this place has character. The renovation has preserved the classic Tudor, almost medieval character and added to the quality of the atmosphere. I’ve stayed on business and on vacation, perfect for either trip. For eats, a great little classic pub attached is my favorite but the surrounding town square offers different cuisine for the longer stay. Convenient to the city and surrounding zoo, art museum and downtown fun. Worth the extra $$Noteworthy details: Amazing atmosphere preserved by renovation.
