This is a motel setup. Very average for a 2 star motel, hence the 3 stars.
It was clean enough for a 2star, there was a shower (no tub) and the beds were ok. We think they are truly double beds and possibly slightly smaller. Not the queens you get used to.
We arrived when it was raining and they don't have gutters on the roofs. So you park next to your room or staircase and you have to duck under the waterfall off the room. Seems careless that they don't install gutters.
First room we were assigned had a carbon monoxide detector beeping so we had to move everything back to the car and then drove to a new building. Seemed inconvenient when we were one of 4 cars in the parking lot on that original room assignment area.
We don't appreciate motel design layout for the price of a hotel.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. We had a late check in and when we arrived the person who was checking us in did not seem to know what they were doing. They did not provide my room number or location of the room or when breakfast was served or anything. We were supposed to get a non smoking room and when I opened the door to the room it immediately smelt like cigarettes, the walls were yellow, the bathroom was filthy, the floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, and the room was at 92 degrees, there was cigarette burns on the chair, half of the lamps did not work, and dead cock roaches in the AC unit. When we called to speak with the manager he was incredibly rude and did not apologize once for the condition the room was in, he did not offer any sort of refund, room change, room cleaning, etc. The only thing that was offered was a *slightly* later check out same day (by 4pm) or he couldn’t do anything else. This is NOT what was advertised on their website. The pictures make it look like a hotel but it’s set up like a motel. My friend and I were there for a festival and encountered other people who were staying at Best Western as well and said the same exact things I am. Honestly, splurge and spend the extra couple dollars to stay at a Holiday Inn. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again, honestly the worst experience at a hotel and definitely not worth 300 for two nights.

Close to Riverbend venue. Older but well maintained hotel. Clean. No trash or clutter seen on lot or property. Outside steps and corridors- would have been nice to have an elevator. Close to a lot of restaurants.

Way overpriced the weekend we stayed. I expected a nicer room and experience for $200 for a night. Prior guests shampoo bottle still in shower, remote didn’t work, was told they didn’t have any extra blankets. Location is right off the highway but you couldn’t hear the highway noise in the room. Seemed safe and other than the issues I mentioned above we didn’t have any major problems. Breakfast was mediocre.

Room was dirty and small. Looked nothing like the online photos. Breakfast was trash. For $150 for a 1 night stay, I expected more than prepackaged honeybuns for breakfast. Do not stay here.

Friendly staff and easy check in. Very comfortable mattress on the bed. Checking out was also seamless and easy.

Stayed here for a few days for work. The rooms were clean (even the bedding), and the staff were friendly. It was in a good location and had plenty around it without being congested.

Desk clerks courteous. Rooms undergoing renovation which made it difficult to rest. Breakfast was adequate.
Noteworthy details: Construction noises from renovation.

Quiet, clean rooms. Location is nice with many food options nearby, as well as a Kroger and Target stores. The beds were comfortable. Though not a problem for me, the bathroom was very compact and small.

Went here to stay for a convention nearby. Was a quaint little place. The room was a little dirty but overall it was a horrible stay. The staff were friendly! The cleaner came in while we were gone and threw the sheet back over the bed but I think that was it 😂. Breakfast was small but not bad. It was nearby some places so location wise it was good. Good for a cheap little stay!
Rooms: Need renovated but overall good
Nearby activities: Right in Kentucky there’s a cute lively mall!
Food and drinks: Dont eat at the restaurants near here. They’re all flavorless and they suck
