I ordered my mailbox before I read some of the reviews so I was actually a little nervous. I contacted BestNest and they got back to me, assuring they would fulfill the order. The mailbox came in a timely manner and is just as described. The manufacturer of the mailbox supplies an insert explaining how to care for it because I can tell from looking at my neighbors mailboxes, it needs maintenance to avoid being beaten up by the elements. I very happy with the product and service response from BestNest and would order from them again.

I should of known that there were no reviews on site . I bought 2 beautiful bird houses. Spent a little of money only to have them fall apart in 4 months No one wants to take responsibility for the cheap craftsman ship What drove me to these bird houses was they were made in USA I would never recommend this site to any one. I used $300 of Christmas money to buy them, only to have them fall apart Shame on this company not to follow up or refund money Bought them in February, put them out in June and fell apart in September Absolutely unacceptable

the bluebird house "Sparrow-Resistant Eastern Bluebird House by Prime Retreat"does not work. just as quickly as I installed it, the sparrows took it over. Save your money if you want bluebirds.

Do not apply for a position (job) with this company, They will waste your time!! They lie about their pay on Indeed and when you communicate with them the pay drops tremendously!! This is why they are always hiring!! (TURNOVER IS HIGH). The items they sell in their warehouse may be fine and priced well. This is a Job review!!

I stopped by the warehouse-retail store and was really surprised! They have a lot of scratch and dent inventory on sale, too. The employees were friendly and accommodating.

This outlet location has tons of things at extremely great prices. The people were very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back. Picked up at new returned pioneer purple Martin house for 48 dollars!

This place has terrible customer service. A feeder was sent to me as a gift. It was the wrong one with a remarkably similar name to the one I wanted. I called the company asking to exchange the feeder for the one I want so the sender would not be the wiser thinking they sent the perfect present. The company could not have been less accommodating! There is NO exchange policy. NO EXCEPTIONS Not only can I not exchange it- I must pay for return shipping and then I have to order, pay for AND pay for shipping the correct item! When I pointed out to the extremely uninterested customer service person that seems very inconvenient and costly for a gift I was met with complete indifference. Terrible company. I will never order from them again.

Do not come and waste your time here. I came to deliver a load, and they put me in a dock and disappeared for a couple of hours. I called in the office, and the operator was very rude at the customer service. I will never bring stuff to this facility again.

Ordered the BestNest API 650 Deck Mounted Heated Bird Bath with Outdoor Cord Connector but not from Amazon, my first mistake. The second mistake, I did not read the reviews on Amazon, the one-star ratings clearly pointed out the identical issues I had with the product.Ended up returning the product via UPS at a cost to me of, $25.36. BestNest then only credited my account for the items purchased minus their original shipping costs. The total cost to me was, $42.32! I have nothing for that $42 but frustration with a lousy product and absolutely poor customer service.I will never again do business with this company!

Don’t be deceived like I was by BestNest. This company is a hoax, they predicate their business around those values and if you need customer service after payment is received…good luck. I gave a local company a chance over their bigger rivals and I learned my lesson.

On 6/16/22, I ordered the Panacea Modern Farmhouse fencing for $469.13 from BestNest.com. It turned out the fence was not as tall as I thought, so I arranged through customer service to return the items for a refund. I received a return authorization number from BestNest customer service and paid for return shipping through UPS Ground. I used the same packaging the items arrived in and sent them back in the same condition on 6/23/22. The were delivered on 6/28/2022. It cost $80 to return these 2 boxes. While the return was in progress, on 6/21/22, I ordered the Panacea Triple Arch Border for $469.13 and that was received and is exactly what I needed. Over a week after the items arrived at the BestNest warehouse, on 7/7/22, BestNest informed me that I was not entitled to my refund, as the items were received "damaged" in the shipping "container". I had returned the items in the exact same two cardboard boxes they were received in and in the same condition (needing assembly). The boxes shipped to me, were flimsy cardboard, held together by tape and contained zero packing materials for safe shipping. That was exactly how I returned them to BestNest. In fact one of the two boxes was never even opened by me. On 7/28/22 after I reached out to BestNest Customer Service, BestNest sent me photos of the "damage" and the "containers", both which proved nothing to me. We tried our best to reason with them, but BestNest insisted that I damaged the product and was not entitled a refund. Even though I clearly showed good faith by placing and paying for my 2nd order prior to receiving my refund, BestNest stands by their decision. Thankfully, companies like AMEX protect the consumer from companies like BestNest and we resorted to disputing the $469.13 charge. I very rarely write reviews like this, as it is hard enough these days for businesses to succeed, however in this case, the consumer (their customer), has not been treated fairly. It's no wonder they have a low BBB rating - which I learned of too late.

This company will not accept a return. It utilizes form emails and a script to frustrate customers. I ordered an arbor and the dimensions on its website were inaccurate. I hired a handyman to install the arbor. After taking all of the pieces out of the box, he showed me that the measurement for the width was slightly off and it would not fit in my space. I telephoned bestnest, and the person gave me the stock response to take pictures and email them. The product had already been return to its box and taped back up, and I was unable to send pictures. A form email advised me to return the item at my own cost. This box is huge and heavy - it will not fit in my car. I telephoned and a RUDE representative repeatedly interrupted me and advised that Bestnest does not permit returns. WHAT??? Cleary, this seller has a business practice of making returns impossible. Do not purchase anything from them!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST! We recently purchased a bird feeder from BestNest. We chose to purchase an item for $350 with expectation we would be receiving high quality. When the feeder arrived the box had been extremely damaged, multiple holes in the box. When we opened it we found the feeder had been damaged, a piece of wood broken off and several places cracked. We weren't upset as these things happen but when we contacted BestNest to begin the process of shipping it back to them for a new one we were told the process would take too long for us to receive the new one when we needed it. We had purchased the item as a gift and had a small window to present it. We purchased a different feeder (same quality, $200 cheaper) and returned the broken item to BestNest. We requested a shipping label and were told since we were refusing to replace it we would have to incur the shipping fees and it was "against their policy to provide a shipping label." Again, note we did not "refuse" a new item, we wanted a new item they refused to resolve it in a timely manner (we had 7 days to receive the item, they would not comply). We paid $58 to UPS to return the item and then found out BestNest deducted $45 from our refund for the original shipping cost. I am beyond shocked. In today's online shopping system, respectable companies own the responsibility of packaging their items properly and they do not pass poor packaging mistakes along to customers. BestNest claims to be a Christian based company but they refuse to do what is best for their customers. They are more committed to money than to doing what is right. A $350 bird feeder and then I had to pay them $115 to return it to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
