If by chance, you discover that the building has roaches on the day you intend to move out, and instead of moving out you postpone your move one month in order to treat your space and avoid bringing said roaches to your new home, ASK FOR THE CREDIT RIGHT AWAY WELL BEFORE YOU VACATE. Do not vacate the space without getting that credit. They can only apply a credit to an open account and an upcoming charge. If you try to cancel your month's payment through your credit card, they will consider it an outstanding charge and send it to collections.
There are roaches in this building. They are actively treating the outside of units in the hallways, but they will not inform you of the roach issue or offer any recompense. You will have to discover it yourself when you go to check your items. The doors to the climate controlled garage have been steadily broken one or the other for over a year now. The doors are sometimes left open for hours because of this, and inevitably there will be bugs. The front desk people are doing their best, but the place is poorly kept. Find another place to store your things.

Easy check in, clean facility, clean restrooms, friendly customers, Brittany at the front desk was super sweet and had good customer service skills. Things went wrong that she couldn’t control but she seemed to always find a way to make things right. She clearly stated that my rate would go up, when and why. Other reviews worried me but after Brittany explained everything it made sense and I think most don’t listen or read what they’re signing which is no fault at the storage company.

Keven and the woman (I wish I remembered her name!) were very helpful and honest, and we ended up choosing this storage place, even though it was slightly more expensive, because of how great they were.
