Scheduled an appointment with Jacob from Pleasant Ridge store for Tuesday at 11 am to measureand go thru a few samples. Never showed up and when I called he said someone took vacation at the last minute and he had left me a voicemail. I have no missed calls from him. Offered to come the next morning at 9 am, again a no show. Claims he was there and no one met him. My son was at the house at 9 and was continuously there until 12 with another contractor. We gave Jacob my son's phone number in case he arrived before my son did. Note: my son lives literally 5 minutes away. There were no calls texts or any communication from Jacob to my son. I received a text time stamped at 9:40 am from Jacob stating he waited 10 minutes and had to leave to go open the store. So that means he came at 9:30 for a 9:00 appointmentand had 10 minutes to measure and go thru samples with us? Something doesn't add up. We gave Jacob two chances...time to move on to the next carpet store. Sorry you lost this customer forever.

I would highly recommend this business. From the initial contact, with Jakob, the process could not have been smoother. Great price, great installation, great product. The installers were efficient, timely, and the carpet looks great. They even cleaned the entire area!! Great business all around!

Highly recommend coming here! Ask for Jakob when you do, he was so amazing, patient and kind. Other places cost a lot and Jakob gave me such a great deal on my carpet!

Called and had an appointment scheduled twice with Jakob McDaniel - both times, no call, no show - claims first time he had wrong number although, he had my email - second time I did not bother to call to hear the excuse.
This was for our business showroom....must not need the $$$$

So sorry for the folk that say no one answers the phone....Todd on Highland Ave in Norwood answered our call, helped us figure out what we needed, and ours was a strange request. Carpet pad to level our round pool liner. Bing, bang, boom, measurements done, total calculated, email sent to submit payment, pick up goods tomorrow, pool side by Saturday! TODD'S YOU'RE GUY!!!
Met Todd today to pick up our purchase.
I don't know how it is possible but he went above and beyond to help us. TODD WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!
