Bought a xl recliner, salesmen was awesome. Once home I did realize some of the structure of the chair was broken, but I'd still recommend. I should have looked it over more, but it's the last one anywhere, chair was discontinued.

Found my fur baby Figgy a nice coat with hood very reasonably priced lined for warmth a month ago l bought a small heater for. $15., by Honeywell it has exceptional heat, cut itself off so sorry l didn't get the larger one but this baby works great, the cashier is very friendly she's all over the store doing something and letting you know about the deals l never see anyone but her she's manager qualified for her job she's one of those people who loves her job and people as well.

This store is closing. Sad to see it go like with so many other places. Right now, everything is up to 25 percent off, but most things were 10 percent off.

With big lots closing they have sales. I have been trying for days and driving for hours trying to find a location with an item I've been looking forward at a price I can actually afford. No luck. I was upset when I called but Joe the manager at this location was so nice to me even though I was rude. He helped me and reassured everything would be okay. Thank you for your excellent customer service and kindness. I'm sorry I was rude. You didn't deserve it. And you're helping me make my Christmas still!

I love this big lots! They are always well organized, well stocked and the workers are always so nice and helpful. Laura always has the nicest greeting for every customer she sees come in, she is always so kind and helpful about answering questions!

I love big lots. This location is always well kept, great selection,cean,vast clearance area and merchandise is marked with prices. Ever since covid places like Walmart just stock and don't have clearly marked prices.

Shopped for a few items such as sheets and blankets, pillows etc..got to the line,at least 10 people ahead,I left my cart and walked out,also decided to go to bed fitters for my new bed instead because that would have taken most likely 2 hours more,it wasn't like that at the big lots near Detroit..never again for Western Hills Big Lots and Target too
