I was born with a club foot & need a pretty advanced brace to walk properly. After going to a few different places, I landed at J.F. Rowley and found Tim. Tim has listened to me and built a brace where it limits my pain, yet allows me to live an active lifestyle. It has truly been life-changing and highly recommend him.

3rd time visiting this doctor! Can’t say enough great things! They have got to know our family and remembered it was our daughters birthday and made the visit extra special ! Love their front desk staff and doctor ! Also very knowledgeable and compassionate when it comes to care !

Dr. Ren is excellent! I had met with several doctors before him and he was the very first doctor to take the time to fully explain my son’s condition and how he was going to fix his feet. He is so knowledgeable and educated. He has a great connection with my son as well and really includes him in the process. He is accessible and encourages communication. I think he’s my son’s biggest fan ??. This will be a long road for my son and I am so thankful for for Dr. Ren.

Do not under any circumstance use this office. The prosthetists are truly the best but the office itself is the worst business I’ve ever worked with. They have been holding my nearly $1300 refund for 8 months now and still will not give me my money back. Excuse after excuse is given. Find another office for your needs that actually cares about their clients well beings.

Every once in a while, I have an encounter with a service provider worth noting. This is the case with Ren Shandilya, PhD, LPO, and Bionic. Ren is experienced, very knowledgeable, and has really gone the extra mile to help me. Along the way, he has taken the time to educate me to understand my condition for best outcomes in the future. I highly recommend Ren and Bionic to those in need of their services.

Better call to make sure they even remember they have an appt to meet you at children's. They have done 2 no shows and said they never had it written down. I know my appts, i write them all down as soon as i make them and im not going to write down a fake appt.
