Black lies movers are the absolute worst. They destroy your property, refuse to move everything, stay on their cell phones fighting with their “baby mommas” and when you call to report the issues and to have it fixed they will fight you every step of the way. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. I had to fight it out with the Ohio Attorney General to simply attempt to have them pay for the damages their movers caused. If you make the mistake of hiring them, dispute the charge with your bank if they are as messy as they were for me and dispute it as breach of contract. Make sure to keep everything in writing. You’ve been warned.

Black Tie recently moved my personal items to the new place. They called ahead of time letting me know they were on the way, arrived within the window scheduled, worked carefully and efficiently, and were polite and professional the whole time. My quote was accurate and payment was easy. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the second time I have used the service. The movers, Quinton and Tristan were on time and efficient. I knew how to move the furniture and adjusted so that there was no damage to it. They were courteous and accommodating when moving the furniture to the new location.

Guys were super polite which is nice. However, some damage occurred at both residences (from and to). Also bid was approximately $650 to move small 2 Bdrm apt. However total cost was more than $1500. Felt ripped off.

HORRIBLE ! Liars regarding pricing. There ARE hidden fees. They try to add service tax ... of 12%! Credit cards fees ..which they do not disclose when you schedule. They add "materials" if they use a sharpie. They take their sweet time loading. They load stuff they're not supposed to & instead of pulling it off immediately like they should..they bury it so it gets hailed & they you have to move it again. And they break your stuff. They don't put the bolts in your front load washer so it breaks. They take a "20 minute" lunch break that turns into over an hour while they have your stuff in their possession with your eyes not on it . They stop & smoke...use their phone... & carry small things in one hand to make it a "trip" to the truck. You know... because they get paid hourly.I was extremely specific with what the cost & all charges would be prior to giving my deposit. They are flat out liars & swindlers .

We had a great experience with Black Tie Moving. We had the same crew move us twice in one summer and the whole team showed up on time and worked hard the whole day. Their positive attitude and effort while doing difficult work was very impressive. They also were very respectful of our items and went out of their way to keep them secure. Highly recommend them to anyone moving.

Cooper, Max, and Quentin did a fantastic job on our recent move. They were courteous, quick, and gave great care when moving items and boxes. They quickly overcame obstacles that were presented and did it with a good attitude. I would definitely use this company again!

Ron and his team were all excellent. They had a good personality. They were calm. They were respectful of all my belongings. The entire team were extremely helpful. Moves involving Seniors are difficult and sometimes they are emotionally draining. Black Tie Moving, the three gentlemen that assisted with my move, and their obvious care for me were exceptional in every way imaginable. Courtesy, hard work accomplished quickly, and their friendly attitude made this move the finest experience I've had in many, many moves. Thank you All for your professionalism and care.
