I needed to find a less expensive, but still convenient place for regular oil changes. Decided to give this location a try. (The coupon available on their website didn't hurt either)
Made an appointment early in the week and showed up a good 15 minutes early. They had my car in the bay right away. Oil change and tire rotation was done. Everything was left clean>
Really appreciated the digital inspection checklist made available to me.
Coupon or not, I think I'll give them another go come next oil change.

Josh Lamb and his team used excellent deductive skills to find a tiny piece in my tire which was responsible for an immediate pressure lowering in my tire. They hung in there and didn’t stop until they found the problem. I was then offered a couple good solutions to choose from While all the time explaining to me what was going on in clear easy to understand language. Josh was professional, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. He made me feel like we were all on the same team! I will be taking my car back to him.

Went in for my 6 month oil change & was promptly greeted by Megan. I am a repeat customer & was given a $15 coupon which was a pleasant surprise.While I waited, I observed Megan's customer care service in person & on the phone. She was very professional to customers, even taking time to explain services in detail & prices. My vehicle was completed within 40 minutes. They even vacuumed my car. Great place & I will be back.

The team at this location is absolutely amazing! I got a flat tire one morning taking my child to school. In a panic I called and Megan not only was able to fit me in right away but she also was patient and kind. The pricing was fair and the service top notch. Even, when I needed to come back for a service, she and the team was kind and patient. They took the time to explain the issue and the process. Thank you to the Finneytown AAA team!

I've now had my car worked on twice at this location - once for a complete set of tires, and once for a diagnostic check + fix. Both times, I've experienced incredible, personable customer service and quality work for a reasonable price. This is a great shop with great people manning the bays and desks. Came in right before closing time with a tire emergency. Jessica (the Service Advisor) got my car right in, and then Tim (the Technician) quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within 15 minutes! Great service mentality and very friendly. My son's car had a flat tire in a parking lot. The spare was low on air, the closest place we felt we could get to was the AAA on Winton. Jessica was awesome! It was close to closing time, she immediately assessed the tire situation, and said the tire was something they can easily repair- and she'll ask the tech to look at the spare too. She was kind and helpful and knowledgable. It was so nice to have such great customer service!
