This location is somewhat small but super cute with the painted wall on the outside! The workouts are fun, upbeat and challenging and the instructors are friendly. Overall I'd recommend! Definitely try the Hot Body Challenge as it's challenging but super fun and low impact as well.

Whenever I walk into body alive I instantly feel welcome! All of their employees are kind and they push you to be the best version of yourself! They always have certain deals going on for their classes, which is so nice for people looking to test classes out before they go all in. The classes are challenging but doable. I would 100% recommend this to anyone willing to try!

Body Alive is a great place to work out. Offering a variety of classes and times, it’s great finding a time for your schedule. The instructors are great and cultivate an accepting environment where you can push yourself or take breaks as needed.

Pretty sure the heat makes it so the muscles can work at a deeper level.. fan! Also the instructors are incredible. Not just some..ALL are trained right before they’re teaching and clearly love leading group fitness. 5+ year member, love how BA has reshaped my body and elevated my thinking.

I love these classes. I have only done the Pilates and yoga classes but both are so good. I don’t dread going, and when I leave, I feel amazing. I do wish they offered a couple of non-heated Pilates classes here and there. I am so happy with this studio and all of the instructors are inclusive and offer modifications as needed. I love Body Alive!

I have been a member of Body Alive for several years now. I don’t think I could ever imagine NOT being a part of this amazing community of instructors and class members. Body Alive has created an atmosphere that is welcoming and uplifting for everyone who walks through their doors. The workouts are fantastic and I actually find myself looking forward to them. Truly a special place!!!

I took my first body alive class in 2015. In 2021 I committed on a deeper level and I will never go back. Body alive has truly changed my life. From the confidence and strength that comes from moving your body every week, to the community that they intentionally build, body alive goes beyond just fitness. Sam's Monday Night Challenge class is like nothing else, with a community that shows up week after week to build strength together. I cannot say enough good things about body alive, and everyone who knows me knows that I am constantly inviting my friends to join!

Just started at body alive and I love it! It is HOT HOT HOT, but if you love a good sweat you will love it here. The instructors are amazing, and I love the sense of community they create. I feel very respected that my repeat instructors knew me by name after my second week!

You can never go wrong at BA Oakley! The Oakley team provides an outstanding workout experience with lots of class options to chose from. Emily E. always gives 100%. By the end of class you will feel alive and will want to go back! I need to give a shout out to my go to instructors for keeping the workouts fresh and challenging: Emily E., Sam J., Paige, Emma, Danielle and the rest of the Oakley team.

Mixed feelings about BA. Pros - the classes can be (instructor dependent) great workouts. All of the instructors and front desk staff are friendly, welcoming. It is a clean, nicely done studio. Cons - there is essentially zero instruction at any of the classes. If people are using the weights incorrectly instructors say nothing. Especially in yoga, there's no explanation or corrections on how to actually do the poses. They said it's "all levels class" beginner friendly but you have to have a basic understanding b/c there will be no teaching. And if you're intermediate and want to learn how to do the more advanced poses there is no teaching or instruction on how to do them. My husband jokes BA motto is just do a lot of something a lot of times even if it's wrong. Other con is it's very crowded. They really cram as many people as they can in these hot classes and it can get quite gross, stinky, sweaty. You will get hit by other peoples' sweat as they move around.

Been going to body alive for about 9 months and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get back in shape or just try something new! The instructors are great and they have a large amount of class times during the day and evenings. They are constantly adding new classes and movements to keep the workouts challenging. Shout out to Emma, Maryn and both Emily’s for getting me in shape for my wedding!

BA is a supportive community focused on health and wellness. The classes are balanced not overworking muscle groups, focused on core and balance. Emma is an excellent instructor who gives a thorough workout for all levels!
