There are definitely scammers working here, I just asked to restore the SIM card So I lost mine. They charged me $65.59, it's just terrible. In another store I was told only $10.

Josh the store manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. An I've dealt with some unprofessionals. I walk in the counter is a little distance from the door. He says may I help you 2 steps in I'm like I'll state my business when I get to the desk. He's taking a call on speaker phone which is unprofessional 1st off. So when he was speaking to me I was like you talking to me or them which was a bit confusing. Then he was like you wanted to pay your bill I'm like I didn't say anything yet I just got to the counter. Then he goes to say I'm being disrespectful when I hadn't even spoke yet I was just trying to b le clear on who he was talking to me or the phone. Dude was so super rude it was ridiculous then he had a nasty frown after we did establish what I wanted. He should not be in a management Position...dude way to ghetto.

Online hours indicate that the store closes at 8pm tonight. I arrived at 7:20 wanting to purchase two new phones and the store is closed for the evening. I will go to a different location, a location that sticks to the posted business hours.

The onsite rep was awesome the owner is the complete opposite. I paid $406 for a refurbished phone that is apparently not even compatible with the new network that Boost now uses. The stipulations where if there are any issues bring it back in 7 Days and we can refund or exchange the phone.Well come the seventh day when I have the time to address an issue that was noticed the day before. In the evening after the store had already closed. Nothing can be done and I have to file claim with the phone insurance, which I have to pay 175 for that. so now I'm out $581 because BullS@#t.Like i said the instore rep was cool but when he facetimes his boss he was sleazy in my opinion because it was the seventh day and wouldn't even let dude offer a refund or order a replacement then have me come in and get it when it arrives

Tonya was amazing even though I was there a little bit longer than I wanted to be she didn't take one break handled customer after customer they came in non stop ive never seen anyone multitask so Much and remain calm and collective, without losing their cool

Only one person working and the store was packed and the selection of phone is not good at all and I had left and got some food just a few seconds away so that the people in the store would be done with what they were there for and when I came back to the store (20mins b4 closing) they had already gone out and locked up and I had told them that I would be back and I was going to get a bite to eat and let them get done with the other customers and the lady just left and left early at that...

Only 1 employee working about 6 customers in store. Lady working was stressed and you could tell. Wasn't helpful at all and didn't solve my issue

Sign said open till 7 on Saturday but they were closed at 530pm. Thankfully there was another location open 15 minutes away on W Kemper Rd.

Scratched my S9 Plus!!!! Bought a phone and came in to buy a sim card. The lady grabbed my phone and started manhandling it! She then gave it back and told me I'd have to wait because there were people waiting to do the same as well! When she gave it back it had a huge, deep scratch from her ring and they refuse to so anything else other than give me a screen protector!!! Save yourself the headache and don't come here.

Beware this store will OVER CHARGE . Boost mobile customer service does activation for FREE.Also they are NEVER OPEN but the Hours or Operation are posted and everything is shut down . Would rate negative if i could. Very bad business.
