Josh the store manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. An I've dealt with some unprofessionals. I walk in the counter is a little distance from the door. He says may I help you 2 steps in I'm like I'll state my business when I get to the desk. He's taking a call on speaker phone which is unprofessional 1st off. So when he was speaking to me I was like you talking to me or them which was a bit confusing. Then he was like you wanted to pay your bill I'm like I didn't say anything yet I just got to the counter. Then he goes to say I'm being disrespectful when I hadn't even spoke yet I was just trying to b le clear on who he was talking to me or the phone. Dude was so super rude it was ridiculous then he had a nasty frown after we did establish what I wanted. He should not be in a management Position...dude way to ghetto.

They're really just a middle man for a phone company the actual boost Mobile shop couldn't help us my phone's been down a week they're not going to compensate me for not being able to use my phone service on top of that they forced me to do a SIM card change and then charge me for it my phone still doesn't work
