Star was extremely helpful with getting me the service I needed I'm handicapped she helped me out my car into the store and back to my car. Fixing issues that I had and issues I didn't know I had. Would recommend her when you visit. Very knowledgeable

This location is a rip off. I went in for a cell phone for my grandson and the person who waited on me claim the receipt wasn’t available. she ended up giving me a plan I didn’t ask for and claim that we won a speaker which they charged me for and on top of that I called several times asking for a manager to call me back and they never did. I advise people not to go to this store unless you want to get ripped off, like I did

I stopped at this boost mobile store to purchase a new phone after dropping mine in water and I couldn't have ask for better or more professional service. This young lady was amazing so thank you to her for the greatest service I've had in a very long time.

They young lady that helped me out was swamped when I got there but she was honest that she was the only 1 working besides a guy she was training. She apologized for me having 2 wait. And when she got 2 me she helped me with everything I needed. Couldn't have asked 4 better customer service

I waited way wayyyyyy to long to be helped, there was only one person working and he was busy helping another customer. He was a nice young man and this review is not against him. I went in to get an upgrade and all the phones that I was eligible to get were out of stock. So I felt as if I wasted at least an hour waiting to be helped all for nothing...I left with nothing. Felt defeated!
