Adam at the Boost Mobile on Kemper is super helpful in one of the nicest guys you'd want to meet, he also has a great memory, when I went in to get my wife's phone switched over to Boost he remembered details of our conversation from months ago!

Went in the store today to get new service, and Adam’s customer service was beyond excellent! Greeted me, walked me through what he’d be doing and had me out in less the 30 minutes… excellent!

Went to Boost on Kemper in Forest Park called initially about phone not working. He was prompt and funny.. Charged what he told me no hidden fees...Go there if you want to avoid the hidden fees fair and great service

I would like to say thank you to the two customer service agents at The Boost Store at 1220 West Kemper in Forest Park Ohio.
The first agent was Adam, I don't know his last name but Adam has helped me several times with my phone. He was kind and knowledgeable.
The second agent to help me with my phone was a young man who had only been on the job recently and his name was Jafar. As a matter of fact I was his second customer. Jafar was kind,helpful and excellent in his customer service skills as well as technical skills
Once again a shout out to two men who were kind and helpful to me Carolyn F Smith.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to just get my phone swapped and this guy is never open supposed to be open at 10 it's now 11:30 still not open and I have to go to work now again this location is never open when they are supposed to be I'm tired of wasting my time trying to come here for it to not even be open
