DONT DO This!
A year ago, I signed a contract with Boost Mobile, including the LEASE of an IPhone, with the ability to “upgrade” every year.
From the first month I had connectivity issues and reached out to their customer service. They claimed that my service had no issues, but suggested that I reset my Network Settings, should I still have issues.it helped for a minute.
I have to reset network settings about twice per week.
I’ve also contacted Apple Care 3 times , and found no issues with my phone.
My phone is vital for work communications, as well as personal.I have reached out to Boost many times over the past year. I have asked to change my service. They won’t give me the transfer code for my number and refuse to help me in any way. I m told that The only way out of this 3 year contract is by paying off the phone, even though I’m supposedly leasing it! I will never use Boost Mobile again and highly recommend that you don’t use them either!

The location on Glenmore Ave is awful. Everyone I've encountered working there clearly hates their job and any part of doing customer service. No greeting, no manners, barely any speaking or communication at all. One guy even appeared to be high. Every question we had seemed to really annoy him. Terrible!
