I was on hold with customer service AT Boost, because the person working told me she couldn't help. It was corporate that told me to go to store. She locked up and, left to pick up her kids at 530. No one came to reopen before 7p closing. Even Starr the manager refused to even help me, when all they needed to do was verify my phone. Yeah, so a week later, I am still sitting at home, because I do not drive, AND my phone can't be activated because the people working in Boost store couldn't/wouldn't do what Boost said they should/could do. ??♀️Sometimes I guess there is no fix for deaf or ignorant. If you don't mind spending a long period of time dealing with your phone carrier, THIS is the place for you!!,

I'd give zero stars if I could.. Came in to simply buy a new phone because my 2 year old threw mine in the toilet (hoping to keep the same number).. The employees kept asking me for PIN numbers but didn't explain to me properly the information needed resulting in a lockout. Then the next day, inputting the same PIN in a different account without asking for the proper one for said account, resulting in my account getting locked out a second time for 24 hours.. feeling frustrated, chose to just pay full price for a new phone with new number ($129.99 when she said it was $119.99).. after waiting for them to add the new line and remove my old one, they put a case on the phone (never asked for one, apparently comes with 'bundle' I'm supposedly getting).. charging me for that, charging me a month of phone bill when my girlfriend literally JUST paid it (same plan).. ended up having to spend $260 for a new phone (which she claimed was better than the one I had, but it's definitely not) and all I wanted was a NEW PHONE

Horrible service. If you want to buy a phone know what you want. They keep them in the back room. They have to bring then out one at a time. Horrible hours if operation 11:am to 5pm

Doesnt open on time. Very frustrating. If you guys arent gonna be open when you say you are then at least a sign on the door so people dont waste time waiting. Id love to call but kinda need you guys to turn on my phone lol.

Never open on time! You never know when they will be open for the day. This is the 4th time I've had this issue. Very annoying.
