Very disappointed they hours online don't match the hours on the door. Saturday online says they are open till 7pm but the door says 6pm. My issue is we showed up before 6pm and the guy turned off the lights and locked the door. It was only 5:40!! Like what the heck!! We were just wanting to upgrade our phones and buy new ones, but he just waved at us that he was closed... Before he should have been. I have when people open businesses and won't follow their own hours on the door. Not going back to this location ever!!!!

I went in to ask was there anything that could be done about the hot spot not working on the phone I purchased from them. I was on the $50 plan and had just paid my bill the man said that is not their problem and told me to call boost. He never asked the number to my phone or tried looking at it to see why the hotspot won't work. These two are rude, unprofessional, uncourteous and defense toward the customer who they should make feel welcome and do whatever they can to help. I will never go back there or recommend to family & friends because I don't want anyone I care for walking out of that place feeling the way I did. Also look around when you walk in there at how messy and unorganized it is in there that will tell you all you need to know about the treatment you will receive. My advice turn around Walk back out the door you came in and go to the boost mobile store down the street on the corner of colerain av and North Bend rd. They are helpful and want to help you out and did help me

I honestly would like to say being a customer with boost mobile has been a living hell. they never like to help their customers. they wont arrive to their business on time. hours are not even updated online if i would have know it was going to be this unprofessional i would have taken my business to T-Mobile or Verizon. This location specifically closed 1 hour early because they saw me coming he was outside talking to a coworker, did not say a word just pretended to not hear or see me DO NOT BECOME A BOOST MEMBER
