Crazy unprofessional had no idea what was going on dude had to call someone every 2 minutes to get help messed up my phone order never even got the phone waited a whole month told them I don't even want to go through them at that point amd I just wanted my money back they said fine it's been a month since that convo still haven't gotten my money now they hang up if I call amd try to avoid me absolute mess DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they will steal your money

I recently visited the Boost Mobile store on 8005 Hamilton Avenue, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their products and services.
The store itself was well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse through their extensive selection of phones and accessories. Whether you're looking for the latest smartphone model or just need a reliable basic phone, they had it all.
What truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect phone and plan to suit my budget. They patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Moreover, the deals and promotions they offered were fantastic! I ended up getting a great discount on my phone along with a plan that fits perfectly with my usage.
Thanks to Ismail and Tahsin, I not only found the perfect phone and plan, but I also had a wonderful shopping experience. Boost Mobile is lucky to have such exceptional individuals on their team.

After being told different things as well as prices at 3 locations (including this one) I left the colerain location bc they was doubled the price the other 2 locations quoted me so I went into this store (Hamilton Ave location) and both men working today where very friendly helpful and above all else patient with me. Since I was back at square one& had to look into different phones and features and compare it all over again.... I have to say although I spent more money than I had plannedOn spending and all that I appreciate them working with me and helping me.Thank you guys and for the laughs too.
