I took my Jeep in for engine replacement through my warranty company. It took Brock's 2 months and three engines later to get it back to me. I received I think two calls and that's two months on any updates. I was one that always follow up and call them to see what was going on while the whole time having to get rentals to have transportation to and from work which they never offered even try to compensate. So when I did receive my Jeep back I knew it was going to be a sloppy job so there was damage to the plastic plate cover over the grill which was broken off and the side piece of plastic was loose that goes underneath the headlight The whole front grill is misaligned there's a big gap on one side. The battery they replace which they did compensate me for had a felt liner box around that was missing. The cabling that was supposed to be in a bracket wasn't even attached I had to figure it out with a zip tie. The worst auto repair experience I've ever had.

Mr. Brock and his mechanics understand the car issues when I describe them. They are willing to explain the work they do and are willing to help me prioritize my car problems so I can put aside $$$

I love Carrie at Brock’s Auto! She is so so nice, extremely helpful and patient, and gets you exactly what you need without trying to upsell or price gouge. She’s literally ✨here to help✨ and we also love a girls girl! I would trust the mechanics there with anything my car needs and will forever be taking it to Brock’s! So glad to find a local mechanic I trust ? 10/10

While in a cross-country road trip, during the hottest days in years, our old Honda lost air conditioning, stranding us hours from our planned destination. Ron at Brock's saved us! A quick, accurate assessment in the late afternoon, followed by a speedy repair the next morning, and we were on our way. Nice, kind, considerate, honest, and super-helpful. I recommend this shop most highly!

I can't recommend this shop enough. The service went above and beyond, was speedy, and friendly. I needed work done on my exhaust. I recently moved and didn't know anything about the local shops. I'm always a bit hesitant to visit a shop I've never been to. However all my anxieties we're squashed after giving Brock's a call. They got me in ASAP, and quoted me a very reasonable price. Then after I picked it up the work was exactly as it should have been. This was probably the best first experience I've ever had at any shop. If you're local and looking for a trustworthy shop these are your guys.
