Josh did a great job of explaining my options when buying a log set and burner unit. Very patient with my questions, and I ended up with a considerably better price than I was quoted elsewhere. Then, Kyle did the install. He was super nice, professional, and efficient. The unit they installed is fantastic.

My experience with Bromwell’s has been amazing! They helped me transform my 100 year old, coal burning fireplace into a beautiful, modern gas burning fireplace! They were very knowledgeable about the type of fireplace I had and what the best options were for redoing it. JT and Kyle came out to install and I don’t have enough words for how great they were. They were professional, worked efficiently, and knowledgeable about my old fireplace. They left zero mess in my home and carefully walked me through how to use my new fireplace before they left. Highly recommend and will use again for future projects!

Kyle from Bromwell's came to the house for a winter service and provided excellent service. Professional, educational, and pleasant. Very clean job, and he explained what he was doing along the way. I highly recommend them. 5 stars!

A downtown destination. Classic to ultramodern functional styles for hearth & home. Helpful, knowledgeable staff with added bonus of a grown-up coffee house/cocktail lounge that really shows off late 19th/early 20th Century Cincy architecture.

My fireplace is gas and I could not get the power unit unit to work. I made an appointment and it was 2 weeks out they arrived on time he was easily able to identify what was wrong didn't try to upsell me he did a thorough job of cleaning the entire unit inside and out even removing each log and vacuum it off. I would absolutely recommend broomwell fireplaces I have used it in the past and I will continue to use them in the future

We had a great experience with Bromwell's, starting with the sales experience. We made an appointment (COVID-19 protocol) and took the fireplace measurement with us to expedite the process. Once we know what gas log units would fit our fireplace we selected one and paid a deposit on it. Derrick installed the unit and gave us a tutorial on how to use it. The process was smooth, quick, and clean. A week later the pilot light went out (our doing, nothing wrong with the unit). We read through the lighting instructions and were uncomfortable lighting the pilot ourselves and so called Bromwell's to light it and show us how again. Bromwell's sent Derrick who lit the pilot and showed us how. About an hour after he left we smelled gas. I turned off the pilot, called Bromwell's to alert them, and called the gas company. While we were waiting for the gas company to arrive, I had a call from J.T. at Bromwell's who asked if he could come over to see the unit. We agreed and he arrived as the gas company technician was leaving. The gas co. tech. found nothing wrong with the gas line or gas log insert installation and his meter got no reading on a gas leak (by this time the smell had dissipated) - - good news for us! J.T. tested all the connections and lit the pilot again. He turned off the pilot and then had us light it so we had first-hand experience and answered our questions.

Love this place! If you're looking to update your fireplace or looking for accessories for your fireplace or mantle there's no better place than Bromwell's. They have full room displays for inspiration. Each piece on display is available for purchase and many are one-of-a-kind. It's easy to to lose track of your time here. So much to look at. They also have a great selection of high-end candles and home gifts.

Poor service and follow-up.Incorrectly billed me, thenharassed me for payment which was their mistake. I approved a $500 pymt, just received the bill, they took out the authorized payment twice.Unfortunate because I am in customer design. No recommendations from me.

Excellent experience at Bromwell's, from the first visit to the customization and installation. Donna has done a stellar job in providing guidance and liaising with the manufacturer. I was also very pleased with the support I received when I had questions about operating the new fireplace, a few months after installation.

We were hoping to convert our wood-burning fireplace to a gas one, and are so grateful that we found Bromwells! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to buy things we did not need, and that was a nice change of pace from other fireplace shops i have visited in the past. Thanks Bromwells we will be back!

Very friendly staff and they have some of the most beautiful home furnishings (fireplaces, home decor, etc) you can imagine. This place is a hidden gem located in downtown Cincinnati. If you get the chance, you have to at least walk in and take a look around. I'm sure you will be impressed by their layout of gorgeous home remodels and additions. Don't forget to head upstairs and take a look around!
