My drain plug was stripped, and everyone else just wanted to put in a new oil pan so as not to have to deal with it. They got the plug out and saved me a lot of money.

Friendly enough. Well, one of the guys was. Not what I expected from a local repair shop. Pricing is quite high for services rendered.
