I’ve been to this location numerous times The manager He is really Rude and dismissive acts like he don’t have time to help with anything he was really rude to his workers and customers as well!

Unfortunately, my intuition warned me that visiting the store would be a disappointment, and my expectations were met. The store's lack of organization and untidy environment was readily apparent. Merchandise scattered everywhere, mixed in with the wrong sizes, some items missing the matching set.
Additionally, I was not greeted upon entry, and the employees at the checkout counters displayed a negative attitude, indicating dissatisfaction with their job. This store necessitates a comprehensive revitalization or risks closure. The prices are reasonable but the store's current condition is inexcusable!
A visit from the store manager and Burlington Coat Factory is necessary. Given the location's high volume of customers, it is unacceptable for the store to neglect its appearance. The store's condition is a reflection of the company's poor management, particularly in a prominent location. I would give no stars if I could!

A ghetto fabulous Burlington. I purchased a small backpack couple of weeks ago come to find the zipper isn’t working, i used my Bank card to pay for it, i took it backpack today just to get a replacement not refund, the Manager told me that me not having a physical receipt she can’t do anything about it. That’s very disappointing, this has never happened to me before SMH.

It's Okay, I guess I couldn't really find anything worth buying due to the small selection and limited items, and it was not worth the long wait in line for the 2 items I brought just to make the trip not a waste of time. But it's nowhere near the store it used to be it fell off bad. I probably won't be back no time soon. I only gave it two stars just because the cashier was very polite.

Went to Burlington today with my 74 year old grandmother and had the worst experience ever! I wish I had got the lady’s name working register 5. First off she didn’t greet us or ask did we find everything ok, she walked off multiple times and already gave off bad vibes. She’s scanning items and we couldn’t see how much the items were so we asked about that and she said “the price display screen doesn’t work”. She began saying “I don’t make mistakes, I don’t scan stuff multiple times” although we never said that. So she’s done scanning everything and we asked the total and she caught an attitude with my grandmother just for asking. I told the lady if you don’t wanna work customer service then don’t and she started arguing with me & telling me how long she’s been working customer service . I don’t care! You treat people how you want to be treated! There was no courtesy, empathy, patience, or a positive attitude. I’m 21 years old and nobody will ever get the chance to disrespect my grandmother in front of me! I’ve worked customer service since I’ve been 14 years old. I’ve never acted that way towards anyone. The lady appeared to be in her 50s & African American. I will reach out to HR !
