Giving five stars not for the place itself or the way it looks but for the sweet cashier that I had helping me tonight, around 5:30-5:40 ish on 12/26/25. I didn’t catch her name but she was wonderful, definitely the type of person you’d want running your registers! She was happy and helpful, very friendly and was working her tail off! She was the only cashier with a lonnnnnng line of people. Even seen a manager walk up to the front look at the long line a hurry up and turn around assuming she didn’t want to help the cashier😬

This store is full of cheap, low-quality stuff and the staff can be pretty rude. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because I can sometimes find nice outfits for my child. Other than that, the quality and customer service just aren’t great.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Kelsey that rang me out! I went to check out at 10:50pm with a cart full of stuff totaling $650 (sorry about that, I lost track of time & I’m pregnant so I move slow) and she was great! I initially felt like a huge inconvenience but she was still pleasant & helpful. Thank you Kelsey!

Came here on 8-1-25, and we had to evacuate because of apparent flooding. They immediately made us leave even though we had a cart full of school clothes for my daughter and were ready to check out. I came back the next day (after having to approach the cashiers to ask because the other employees were either nowhere to be found, or literally walked outside to ignore us when we tried to ask about our things.) to which they asked if I left my name for my cart, and I told them I couldn’t because every time I tried to call it said the store was closed through an automated system and wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone. They told me that since there was no name left on the cart, the things were put back. How do you expect me to leave a name if you immediately make me leave without asking for one, and then you don’t even have it set up to answer calls? I’m not happy in the slightest and I will not be back. HIGHLY disappointed.
Also, when you have a line of over 30 people and you only have 1-2 lanes open, that’s an issue. It should not take 30 minutes to check out.

I was slightly disappointed, not a great variety. And there was only 1 associate that I 6 in the whole store. He was the cashier!

Average, large place, mostly uninterested employees (I don't blame you, hit that clock you don't owe them your happiness) clothing at low prices. Perfect for us poor people.
