“Always love this place. Yesterday I cooked a pasta recipe I always cook, but this time using their Italian sausage. I could tell when crumbling it that the fat content was perfect and the aroma was great. The pasta was ten times better than when I normally make it. Today I went to the butcher looking for double cut bone in chops. The clerk asked the manager, who stopped what he was doing to cut three chops fresh for me. They were also substantially cheaper than another popular downtown butcher. The spacious new renovation has not diminished the quality at all, its peak”

“Today I got a fish sandwich on Fish Fry Friday. Great fish and fresh. Also love their mac and cheese. Their deli meat is great, as are their party trays. I also have been happy with their roasts, ribs and pretty much everything I get there. Service is always friendly.”

“I ordered 100pcs of fried chicken and 25pcs of baked chicken for a Repass for my Best Friend. I received on last Saturday No Baked chicken and I was Very upset and disappointed I do plan on calling today it was a very hard time for me. Putting that aside their chicken is Very good and much better to me than Kroger's or Meijer's.”

“This place has been a neighborhood staple on the Westside for a very long time. They have the very best house made bratwurst, goetta, and burgers I have ever had (and I have had many from many other butchers). The friendly service is also exceptional. They are my “go to” for all fresh meats. Can’t say enough great things about them.”
