My car was hit head on while parked on the street. It was a very anxiety-filled morning talking with the police, insurance, tow company etc. I was so frazzled when I arrived at the shop to discuss repairs but the front desk associates and person who worked on my car, Davonte, instantly eased my anxiety with their professionalism and can-do attitude. They talked through the damage, what repairs would most likely need to be made, and assured me that all I had to do was wait for updates. They called me twice a week to keep me informed. Davonte was so kind and reassuring and made sure I understood all the updates throughout the process. I was really worried about what my car would look like when I got it back, but she looks brand new and better than ever! I am including a photo of the before and after of what my car looked like the morning it was hit and the day I picked it up. Give Davonte a raise! He really kept me sane through this whole process. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family. 10/10!

I just had two jobs done here for my wife and son’s cars. One was an insurance claim and one was not. Both went smoothly. I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the drop off to pick up, the experience was great. Devonte reached out to me every few days and updated me along the way. The work was done a quicker than they promised me which is refreshing. Work looked great, cars were cleaned when we picked them up. I have owned an insurance agency for over 20 years and plan to refer all my customer here. I can’t imagine getting a better experience anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience connecting and communicating with this shop. I was rear ended and my car was almost totaled, however, these guys helped get my car back into shape in just a little over a week. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a body shop and their customer service was amazing!

This company partners with my insurance company. John is professional and made the check in and check out process seamless. Devon is very personable and did a great job with communicating with me frequently to provide updates about my car. I liked that I got text updates also. The work on my car was perfect. They got my car finished on time which was nice. I highly recommend this location.

My visits to caliber collision was very pleasant as to me and big J at the desk along with the man who did the estimate and the man who was to do the work made me feel like I was a regular customer which was ok.....

All I can say is DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! These people are rude and they don't fix the issue. It may look like it's fixed but it's really not. I don't know why these people have 4.6 on the reviews. LORD help us. These people will also get an attitude with u when you are the one who came at them nicely. You have been warned!
