Awesome experience!! I went in to get some breaks and levers put on and I'm very pleased with the result. Will definitely be visiting them again :)

Highly recommend - super knowledgeable and patient. My husband and daughter have trusted them with their road and tri bikes for years and they recently helped me select an e-bike which I LOVE. They took great care with assembly and when I shared what I wanted to do they helped me get exactly the right accessories. Even took the time to show me an easier way to get it on my bike rack!

If you would like to be cursed out by the owner for their employees overpromising and under delivering this is the place for you. There are much better and much cheaper places to bring your bike. Place has gone downhill.

Very helpful and informative. Helped me with a derailleur adjustment and purchase, letting me know the value of different prices. I will definitely return for more bike stuff.

We drove all the way from Lexington to get service on my wife’s bike since the shops in Lexington didn’t have what we needed. Parking is sparse (off Rohs Street), but the shop has lots of stuff and a good knowledgeable staff. They fixed us up. It was worth the trip.

I called around to a few shops looking for a marin San Quentin 3. These guys ordered me one and had me riding in about a week. Did an excellent job assembling the bike. When I picked up my bike they took the time to make it suit me. Highly recommended checking campus cyclery out if you are want to step up your game.

Went in to pick up new inner tires and wheels. They asked a lot of questions to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Very nice people as well.

These guys are definitely knowledgeable and cool, but after telling me I could drop it off for service, they then reneged right away and claimed they could not in good faith work on my electric bike because they didn’t feel it could get to a point of being safe. (Uh isn’t that a diss on their ability to repair?) either way, I felt compelled to leave this review. Oh btw- these guys are so judgmental are act like they are better than everyone, they also charge pretty crazy prices as far as my beginner self have noticed. REI co-op got me all the way together and tweaked a lot of things for only 10$ I’ll be going back there today, since a simple thing like a rear inner tube couldn’t be replaced because of said ^ alleged safety issues. (It really seemed like they were just anti electric bike, or maybe they just judged me and didn’t like me.)

New rider, tried to replace tubes/tires myself and naturally popped a tube. Called REI, they told me it would be weeks before they could do it. Called Campus Cyclery, told me to come in whenever, and they had it done it 10 minutes. Let me watch and answered all my d*** questions. Highly recommend!

NO RETURNS! Bought what came out to be a $2000 E-Bike. Turned out the Aventon Level lacked the torque needed for my purposes. Had less then a week, under 30 miles, but OUT 2K! DO NOT BUY LOCAL! NO RETURNS. BETTER TO BUY ONLINE TO BE SURE. RIP OFF! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Bought a bike online and assembled it myself. The front derailleur was having issues (and I don't mess with the drivetrain because last time I destroyed it). They fixed it in 15 minutes. Shifts smoothly now. They were friendly

Bought a bike off of craigslist and the brakes were trashed. Took them only a day to change the brakes and the price wasn’t bad either. Great experience overall
