I really should have given it five stars as the only thing missed was cleaning out around the shift boot.
The process is pretty simple. Drive to the back and get into the right lane for full service. Tell the person which services you want. You then get a ticket and go inside and after a short wait, your car comes out much cleaner than it was when you arrived. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years ever since I was a kid with my dad and I like to stop by when I’m in the area because they normally do a very good job cleaning the inside. The last couple times I’ve gone I’ve left extremely disappointed. I think the only part of the interior they clean now is the dash. There was still so much dirt in my cup holders and on my seats. I also left with a cicada in my back seat that I had to get out.

We have been going to Car Wash Plus for years and we are very satisfied. There was a time when I thought I would save MONEY by going to the do it yourself places. Once I added my time , labor, drying towels, and more. I really wasn’t saving anything. Thank You! for being open and being there.

I’ve been using this place for years and they always do a fantastic job. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. And what a value! Just a few bucks more than the other places that do the outside you get a full service wash inside and out!

This is the best car wash that will actually have employees clean the car. They are all dedicated employees and take their job seriously. Needless to say, the business has been in operation for over 35 years. This says alot about the service they provide and dedicated employees.

I had my daughter’s car detailed for Christmas & she was delighted with the excellent results!
It’s now the end of February & she’s still satisfied.
Will get my own car detailed in March.

Great job washing the outside, cleaning the windows and sweeping the floor mats. I'm deducting a star because they missed a French fry and some leaf bits that were quite visible around the driver's seat and console. (I just swept the car the other day.)
Don't expect to get a detail job for the price of a hand wash. They don't wipe down the doors, cup holders, etc. For what you pay, they do a great job washing, sweeping and cleaning the windows.

Do not trust. I needed to wash a car part so before beginning the repair I went to the front desk and asked 3 different people if this would be okay. I explained the job and showed pictures - all three agreed so I tore down my car to get the part rendering it undrivable in the process.
I then took the part over to the counter to pay and start the cleaning. The owner asked what I was doing and after explaining she said "I don't allow that." I explained that three of her employees had given the okay "I don't care. I won't allow you to clean that." I explained that my car was no longer drivable because I took her employees at their word "that's not my problem".
The point? I will get this solved one way or another, it's the attitude that matters. As long as things go well you'll be fine, but if something goes wrong, if you need help, customer service or anything else beyond what a robot car wash can do you're in for a nasty surprise. Because if they don't feel any responsibility for their employees actions and if they don't care if their actions leave you stranded 8 hours from home, how much interest do you think they will have in your concerns?
I now have to find some other way to clean out the intake air assembly and go limp the car back to the hotel to pick up my wife and 10 year old daughter. This is going to be an exciting ride back to home in VA...

As the owner, you were informed that your employees had made high stakes promises to a customer, apparently without telling you. At no point did you ask any of the staff what happened, leading me to believe their actions and consequences for others didn't really matter to you.
We could have run a hose out of the bay, I could have gotten a bucket to wash it in, we could have used compressed air alone: there were lots of potential fixes. The reason I wrote this up was because when a customer really needed your car wash you actively intervened to do harm after a deal had already been made.
Fortunately the vast majority of customers come for a simple car wash and this won't matter to them, but I had the misfortune to be reliant on your morality. This is simply fair warning for others as even days later you still believe you did the right thing.

I've been going there for as long as I can remember for exterior and interior car washes. Family owned, priced fairly, customer friendly and they do a great job of vacuuming and other interior detail work plus exterior wash as part of The Works package.
Also, if your not pleased, they'll fix it.

Spouse took our Subaru there a few weeks ago to get a year's worth of interior adventures including sand, dirt and food dreck vacuumed out and wiped down. They did a great job! (It doesn't hurt to tip the vacuum people separately when you bring them a mess like we had). He chose the top wash for the outside and the guy that dried it did a great job. The windows were spotless inside and out. We headed south to the beach thru some torrential rain and were impressed with the RainX coating they use. It really helped visibility. We'll definitely be back!
