We found a screw in one of our Jeep Gladiator tires. We had a long drive home to Alabama the next day and didn't want to worry about the tire. Called Xpress Pro Tire & Auto University first thing in the morning. They said to bring it in at 11. They did warn me that it might take an hour or two before they got to the Jeep. I was able to do my computer work in their lobby so I told them time was not an issue. The Jeep went in ~40 minutes later and the tire was fixed within 30 mins+/-. The staff are friendly and the service is great. I would use them again should the need arise when we are visiting family in Cincinnati.

It was great to be able to call this location and for them to be able to fit me in last minute- within a couple of hours. The experience at the checkout was fast and comprehensive. Scotty is always so professional and friendly. The waiting area is clean and air conditioned. There's a free Wi-Fi code if needed which I thought was helpful.

Got a nail in my tire. Was able to walk in without an appointment and got right in. Customer service was excellent and delivered professionally. Unfortunately the hole created by the nail was too large to patch so had to get a new tire. They had a replacement in stock and I was out the door for a reasonable price very quickly. So far so good with the new tire. Thanks!!

Great service changing the synthetic oil on our Prius! Unfortunately, the technicians forgot to screw the plastic underguard to the auto body before sending us home. We had to make a return trip to the shop and back. 5-star service became a 3-star effort.
You don’t have to post this. Just post some reminder signs for your technicians to finish the details before sending customers on their way. (Just a friendly reminder.)

I was really happy with my service at this location 08/15. The guy that works the service counter was really knowledgeable with my situation with my tire but it wasn't just that. I waited about a 1hr30min hr was helpful to everyone that walked in with questions even though they're really busy and even gave this older lady her 50c back that she used on there candy machine. Before them I went to Goodyear sat there for 11am to 4pm about my tire just to tell me sorry we won't get to you. I wish I came here first. Thanks again I won't miss work with Lyft (I wish they did there contract work on cars) or my other pt job.?

They were really fantastic here. I brought my car in to see how much it would cost to install a new tail light (I already had the part myself), fully expecting to pay at least a hundred bucks. It turns out it was simple enough that he ended up installing it right then and there in ten minutes - free of charge. They saved me at least $400 based on what the dealer wanted to charge. I really wish I could remember the mechanics name to specifically shout out, but regardless I highly recommend this location.

I've had my oil changed here for years. They always do a good job. Loved it this time. It was quick and they rotated my tires for free. Excellent shop!!

The truth is, I didn't expect it, this kind person saw that my card was not accepted for payment 2 times and he told me, "Save, k... you can go, don't worry, but I told him that he will charge me, but his heart is so good that he told me that It would help me not to worry if I had used my card twice. Thank you, I tell this person for being kind-hearted.

The team at Car-X was awesome. After a long day on the road repeatedly putting air in a leaky tire, they were able to quickly patch it so I didn’t have to worry about it on the trip home. Highly recommend!

Daughter was at Children's hospital for several days and I experienced tire issues while needing to be able to drive to and from home and hospital. They got me right in, fixed my tire quickly, and was back at hospital in less than an hour. Very grateful and highly recommend!!
