I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. The entire team is professional, efficient, and most importantly, honest. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling.
They completed the repair the same day and had me back on the road faster than I expected. On top of that, they treated me with genuine respect, acknowledging that car repairs are a big expense and giving me the space to make decisions at my own pace.
It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent workmanship with integrity, but this one does exactly that. I’ll continue to bring my car here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

I got great customer service today. I came in thinking I needed an alignment ($130) because my new-to-me car that I'm about to drive home to Canada was pulling to the left. They test drove the car to confirm it was pulling left, checked things out under the car to make sure nothing was wrong, realized the directional tires on the front had been switched at some point, put them on the correct sides, and drove it again to discover it was now pulling to the right, meaning the tire was the problem. Knowing I wasn't quite ready to replace all four tires, they suggested rotating the rear tires to the front. So they put in a fairly significant amount of time diagnosing the problem in order to recommend that the best option for me was the one that only cost $20. If I lived here I would definitely trust them with any future car needs.

Called at 7:55 am (before they opened technically) to see if they could get me in to check my tire pressure after the light came on and they said yes. Got here at 8:30 am and was out the door in 15 minutes after they fixed my tire that quick. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this auto shop to everyone! They have been my family's go-to for over 20 years. We do not trust any other shop with our cars. Car-X has the most experienced and helpful team in the area, and they can spot problems with a vehicle before they become serious. Chris and the other mechanics at Car-X are super knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain everything in layman's terms. Friendly service, fast turn around, and fair prices - what more could you ask for?

Brought in a new purchase to Beechmont store that I knew needed some work. I was a bit overwhelmed when I discovered the amount of work the van needed. The Manager Chris Burkhardt was quick, thorough, polite and professional. Between him and Ben (who worked on my van) they were both able to help me prioritize what I needed to have done now as opposed to what could wait until my budget allowed to keep my safe and able to use the work vehicle. Ben also offered advice on some additional ways to go. Was very much appreciated. They earned my trust.
