Came in late on a weekday after another place told me they couldn’t fix my brakes and to try CarX. I called CarX, and they said they didn’t have anything available today but to bring my car up anyways so they could take a look. It took them less than 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong, and less than 5 to fix it. Highly recommend!!

I’m a single mom and rely on my vehicle heavily.. after dropping my kids off at school my car was running hot and spilled a bunch of liquid.. I called CarX panicking and spoke with Kevin and he said to bring it over (it was across the street).. they fixed my heater hose and had my car up and running in a few short hours.. my bill was less than $1000 and fairly priced compared to what others would’ve charged. They also gave my toddler a cupcake and cookies and everyone was so kind to her and myself.. highly recommend these guys! Thank you again!

As a younger woman I’m typically really intimidated to get my car worked on. The people at carX on Ohio Pike are so kind and are always honest with me about my car. They never have recommended anything that was unnecessary or not worth it. Their prices are always fair and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs.

Got a last minute appointment the day of when the other mechanics were booked, and we got a used car we were looking at inspected for free to make sure everything looked solid. Great customer service!

First time customer at the Asbury Road location. I am a 74 year young female. Chris was extremely helpful in my search for four new tires. He went above and beyond in making sure I received the best service. I highly recommend this Car-X location! I will definitely take my car for all the services they offer!! I went for a tire repair and told them which one had been losing air. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with that one so they repaired a different tire because that one had a screw…. And here I am still stuck with a tire continuously losing air.

I can't say enough of good things about this place. Whenever I go in there with questions or any concerns about my car they're always very nice and helpful and I trust them completely.
