I worked with Steve Baker who listened to what I was looking for and brought me some samples. I also visited the store and got a quote. The pricing was very reasonable which included taking up/removal the old carpet/padding, moving of furniture and installation. The installation crew was on time and worked the whole day until the job was done (over 7 hours). I was highly impressed with every part of this experience - they made it VERY easy for me!! (and it LOOKS GREAT!!)”

“Very happy! I had 3 rugs I needed taken care of. 2 Persian Tabriz and a third silk Turkish rug. My dog chewed a hole through the corner of one of them and I needed some pretty heavy repair. I was very pleased with the outcome of the repair. The other carpets needed to be cleaned and had many deep stains. They were able to work magic on these rugs! Very happy with this company!”

Went to Big Bob's Flooring outlet to have carpet replaced in our basement. We got a great price and had the carpet installed today and they did a wonderful job - it's obvious that the installers do this every day. The carpet looks fabulous, they cleaned up, vacuumed and helped put all the furniture back in place. 5 stars.”

He encouraged us to take samples home and check the difference that room lighting does to change the hues.
