The sales staff is wonderful- extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and NEVER pushy. Andy came out to do our measurements himself and made sure we were clear on the process, kindly answering all of the questions my wife and I were firing at him. I was pleasantly surprised to see him actually using a tape measure and drawing out his measurements on graph paper. I appreciate the attention to detail. And finally, their installers are professional and masters of their craft. My wife and I are thrilled about our floors, and they look amazing. I will NEVER buy flooring anywhere else. From top to bottom, the staff is amazing, and the process is smooth and painless.”

“I was in the market to update my carpet (after 23 years)! Asking neighbors, Buddy's Flooring America was highly recommended. I worked with Steve Baker who listened to what I was looking for and brought me some samples. I also visited the store and got a quote. The pricing was very reasonable which included taking up/removal the old carpet/padding, moving of furniture and installation. The installation crew was on time and worked the whole day until the job was done (over 7 hours). I was highly impressed with every part of this experience - they made it VERY easy for me!! (and it LOOKS GREAT!!)”

Went to Big Bob's Flooring outlet to have carpet replaced in our basement. We got a great price and had the carpet installed today and they did a wonderful job - it's obvious that the installers do this every day. The carpet looks fabulous, they cleaned up, vacuumed and helped put all the furniture back in place. 5 stars.”
