They were very kind. Accommodated both me and my fussy newborn very well during our shopping experience. Not common today to have people treat you that way instead of acting annoyed.

I went into this Carter’s location after my 20 week appointment where we found our our baby’s gender. I wanted to do a “reveal” for my husband and I, so I went to Carter’s with the ultrasound in an envelope hoping the ladies there could help me purchase a pink or blue outfit based on what was in the envelope, without me seeing. They went above and beyond and even gift wrapped the onesie in the bag I brought! They really helped make this time special for our family! Thank you so much!!! I have shopped here since having my son in 2020 but I am for sure a loyal customer after this wonderful experience!

Love the store but do not let customers try on things if there is no changing room....its inappropriate and there stealing anyways....Call the cops if u feel uncomfortable.....As a young mom comming in by myself I felt uncomfortable taking my child into this establishment an seeing people stealing an nothing being said ? if u can't afford the clothes go somewhere else ...there's other organizations who will help you but carters isn't the place so eastgatecarters get more cameras and don't let kids undress in your public establishment.

Went in to pick up and ended up spending a lot more inside lol. The girls in there were very helpful and friendly. Store was nice, clean and organized.

My first time shopping at this store and I love how they match their online prices with in store prices. I will say the only thing I found odd was I paid $4 for a bathing suit and went online to order a bigger one and it's $24 so it would be five stars if not for that. I will say employees were beyond amazing and so friendly and helpful.

Found really good deals for school clothes for my youngest granddaughter! The help was just great and my baby got 2 pair of pants and 7 tops for least than $41.00 for school! I really like this store!

A little expensive if you ask me but overall the clothes are cute And they do have a nice variety in sizes. As a mother of two preemie babies it was hard finding clothes for my little ones. Carter's offers preemie sizes. Which to me was very special at the time. Everywhere else I went might have one or two things. I prefer to shop online if I go to Carter's though. They run way better deals and if you check them out on black Friday and Cyber Monday they have 60% off and free shipping which is nice. Plus added incentives for the total you spend.
