The workers that delivered the car were awesome and explained everything in full. The car had pet hairs on the seat but the outside of the car was clean.

Highly recommend. I was leary as I was not able to see it and test drive it prior to purchase, but they do give you 7 days to see if you like it. They are upfront about cosmetic flaws and they show if the car was involved in any accidents. I'm loving my vehicle. I chose to pick up my vehicle but delivery is always an option. Just note that it may not be available to arrive quickly.

We have sold two cars to Carvana and had no issues either time. It feels a little uncomfortable signing over the car and leaving with empty pockets but, they are extremely efficient.

All my experiences with Carvana have been OUTSTANDING!
I have sold two cars to them purchased two cars and used the 7 day return feature once. Every transaction was smooth, easy, everything they promise and MORE. I WILL NEVER GO TO A BRICK AND MORTAR DEALER AGAIN!

Vehicle was not cleaned very well when picked up. The roof of the pickup was filthy. They probably skipped it because only a tall person like me would see it and they didn't expect me to see. Some other areas were also not cleaned very well. Also there were some issues that I had to fix that was checked off as being good in the 150 point checklist. Nothing major but I did spend a few dollars on parts for repair. I assume it would have been converted under the 100 day warranty but it was quicker and easier for me to spend a few dollars and do it myself. But don't trust that they have checked everything on the checklist. Other than that it has been fine.

It was overall a decent experience. However they didn't apply my down payment to the car so the purchase documents were wrong. I had to exchange and get a different car to have the payment applied. Seemed like a waste of everyone's time when they should have just sent a new purchase agreement.

My first purchase was great. I first picked a truck listed as a 4WD limited. Went through the process completely paid for everything including a warranty. I being a Master Dealer Auto Technician for the last 30 years wanted to see the complete build of the truck. I pulled the complete package to see this truck is a RWD or 2WD truck. Still having 4 days till delivery I left messages and called to change trucks. I explained the findings to the rep and she was great said they would help me with the difference of the price. After getting transferred again Went through the problem again the guy said no problem but it is going to cost me. I got NO help on the price difference of several thousand dollars more. Same truck same years and within 6k miles of the one listed incorrectly on the sight. Not so happy waited for the delivery. I drove it. Being a gloomy day rainy and the truck coming off the tow truck it was dirty from the road all normal. Took delivery signed the papers and the driver left. I was setting up the truck. I didn't drive it yet more than the test drive. While showing the truck to my son and was cleaning the windows and found the windshield cracked. A just delivered truck. Possibly hit by a rock.on the tow truck while on the way to be delivered. Took pictures of the cracked windshield and was told I get no help from the seller. After calling I did talk with a very helpful customer service manager and she good willed me most of the money to get the windshield repaired and the money I paid for the for transferring to a different truck even though I had not taken the the delivery and I changed trucks due the truck being listed incorrectly. None of it my fault. So I am extremely happy except for the fact I'm a little under 6k over my budget and this was something that should have been handled. Still need a windshield and out some of the money for the repairs. The truck windshield with a cracked windshield is going to spider out at some point. I can't say I am happy with the purchase just the truck. I'm not saying anything about the mud in the door panel speaker holes or in the stitching of all the seats or the dirty windows inside the truck or the oxidation on the paint that should be buffed off during the detail process. Unfortunately I raved to anyone I spoke with about the truck I bought in 2023. I sadly won't be buying my son and daughters car there like I had planned. I'm overwhelmingly disappointed with the sale and the condition of the truck.

This was my first experience with Carvana….they truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using their services again and I highly recommend them. The delivery driver Shon H, was very professional and polite and just so delightful and detailed.

Just sold a SUV to Carvana, and I got a fair offer, over $4000 more than a dealer’s as a trade-in.
Very simple, fast, and hassle-free process, and did all the paperwork online, took less than half an hour.
Carvana tow truck came over as scheduled, and the Advocate checked the vehicle for a few minutes, then loaded it on the truck. The Advocate handled the vehicle pickup professionally. And he initiated the payment before leaving my house. And I received the payment in less than two days!
Highly recommended for selling cars to Carvana!
