Update 1 Month Later:
I had tried calling but also sent a "Contact Me" request through their website. Per the response below from Charles Schwab, the central number did reach out to me but I never heard back from the web request. In the conversation from the central number we aligned that I indeed needed local help. The person suggested that it may be best to stop by the office which I did next time I was in the area. At the office the gentleman working at the front was apologetic and got me in touch with someone to help me that afternoon, I was also provided the persons business card so i had his direct line. Great meeting and they are already helping me within a day. I'm confident they will help moving forward now that I have a contact. I wanted to increase from 1 star to 4 stars as the office visit and engagement was so quick. I would go higher but they still have an issue with initial contact via phone or website request. It should be easier to get a hold of someone but in the short term - go to the office in person to get help.

I am getting the same results of nobody answering the phone at this branch. I had talked to the general customer service number, who were fabulous, and they suggested I work with the local branch on an issue I am experiencing. I have tried several times over the past couple hours and can't get an answer on the "New Customer Consultation" option for this branch. At least have someone answer and take call back information.

If someone from this branch can just pick up the phone or at least have a proper way for me to get into queue for a call back, I would give a real rating. It’s just an endless automated voice responses which finally brought me to an actual human located in a call center somewhere who can’t do anything but apologize for the ridiculous system they have . How can you provide real client service with this kind of system?

The staff here is absolutely excellent! I called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mark and he was very helpful, but went the extra mile with kindness. I can say the exact same for Austin as well! I had an appointment with Austin and he went above and beyond in assisting me. Definitely recommend Charles Schwab and this branch more specifically!!

I have had Charles Schwab accounts for decades. I have always liked having this local office nearby for when I need special services like moving large sums of money or just getting a paper notarized. They have always been friendly and professional.

My experience with Charles Schwab has been awesome. Greg Kaiser has went above and beyond to meet my needs. Highly recommend!
