This freak sends random solicitations to people in the mail with photos of their house on the outside of the envelope with a handwritten name and address. While obviously the exterior photos of homes are available as public information, this creepy tactic to get people to open his junk mail is pretty gross.

Allstate is a great company. Saved me $900 a year on auto and home insurance. My agent had everything wrapped up in a half hour. So glad, I switched.

Not recommended. Tami answered the phone. Gave conflicting and nonsensical answers to my questions. When I pointed this out and asked to speak to the owner, her exact words were "I know more than he does".

9 days after my claim. Zero help from adjuster and zero help from my own agency. Both are Absolutely Unwilling to answer simple and straight forward questions about my policy and an examples of what would or wouldn’t be covered.. as if they’re purposefully hiding and withholding information about my policy from me during my Approx $150,000 worth of sewage water damage during a home owners claim.And then so rudely hung up on me as I was “too upset” about them literally refusing to answer questions about my policy when asked over a dozen times. LOLSorry for being the only one in your entire company to be upset about how unethically and unprofessional your company has treated me! 8 years I’ve been with Allstate with over 27 years of coverage with on business equipment.From the company, claims adjuster and down to the agency. Pathetic. Cannot wait to change providers after this is over

I've had Allstate for my car insurance for many, many years and never had an issue. Shannon is very professional and friendly (Colerain ave. location). I wouldn't go anywhere else for my insurance needs.

My experience with this agency was horribly. Not only are they outrageously overpriced but they are inept. I cancelled my policy and they continued to deduct money from my checking account, regardless of being notified of the cancellation the numerous times both by email and messages. I had to pay the bank to put a permanent stop payment on this agency, to stop them. In addition, I saved nearly $1,000 by switching to State Farm, for the EXACT same coverage. Run away, run very far away from the Charlie Broxterman insurance agency!

Constantly being over charged, when using auto pay. Changed to pay manually. Every month it was for a different price. The people working here dont know whats going on, its all just guess work. When i called to cancel my coverage. She charged me 187$ and i asked if that was how much i owed? She said yes you missed a payment. (Which was a lie) and then told me my coverage was good up until may 23rd. (After i already told her i wanted to cancel my coverage) Then told me i could cancel but i would have to wait to be reimbursed. Even though she took my money out of my account the second i told her which card i would pay my balance with. She wouldnt look up what the payment was for BEFORE she made me pay it! Horrible customer service all around. Do yourself a favor and never do business here.
