Needed a cashier's check. Nice experience. Haven't been inside the bank in a long time. The layout was a bit confusing. Was not sure where to stand in line until called by teller. One teller could see me and called me over when he was available. The teller next to him didn't have the view to see me. Once I approached the counter. The second teller could see that people were waiting in line. Very helpful people.

4:54 in the morning and I need cash but their ATM won't give me my money. The largest bank in the world and they don't have 24 hours customer service! I guess it's still because of COVID!!!

The bank manager stood me up for an appointment that I set days in advance. His staff directed me to another Chase half way across town. Poor customer service. Chose another bank.

After reading other reviews, I was hesitant to go here, but the reviews were old so I gave it a try. Staff were nice, helpful, and efficient. It was clean and safe too. They also have drive thru ATM.

The guy who works in there he was so rude to me when I tried to deposit my tips I had got from work. And to make it worse he was the manager who treated me like that . The chase in mount lookout is soooo much better! But I moved so thats only reason I go to this 1 now. But I'm looking for a better 1 that's still close to where i moved.
