Absolutely useless branch. Can’t make large withdrawals or do anything else that requires a bank teller. I had to deposit a money order and even that was a big deal. Bank elsewhere.

This location only offers ATM, mobile banking support and account set up/maintenance. It does not offer all traditional banking services. Unfortunately there is no clear sign until you walk in, I wasted money getting an uber there just to have to uber to a whole other bank.

This is a cashless branch. Highly inconvenient when need to deposit cash and don’t have a debit card - issue further amplified when depositing into a business account and don’t have a debit card readily available

Chase Bank continues to have issues with training of staff. Could not process a cashier's check. Debit card was declined today, and I have no idea why. Staff was sitting around, ignoring me so I went to another institution to cash a check. Branch does not have cash. Would not recomment this branch.

Staff was incredibly helpful in rectifying one of my deposits that was rejected on my phone app and at the ATM when nothing changed from previous deposits. When I tried to call the help line, I got hung up on twice. This was my last lifeline for money that I was owed and needed, and staff helped me get everything sorted during a busy day. Very grateful. There’s still no substitute for in-person service.

Doesnt offer normal banking services, whats the point of the bank branch being there if i cant do simple things of cashing checks? Would not recommend the branch for any means.
