I came in to do a wire transfer today at this location and very disappointed in the service. I was treated as though I was a burden to the staff and was asked to wait for an extended period of time. Will not come back to this location

Alex and his staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. They took copious amounts of time to make sure I had everything I needed and my issues were resolved. I have business and personal accounts here. Great folks at this branch and I’m happy to be banking with them.

They never answer the phone. I’ve called multiple times and one lady picked up the phone talking and immediately hung up. They said that they would call me back and help with my credit card application but never called back. I don’t even know if he actually took my information down.

Looking for a new bank. They close randomly. Nobody ever answers any location phone and no locations are close to each other and so far no locations have a notary. Ridiculous
