Usually shop here as it is not too far from my house. Have never really had any bad experiences just a bunch of okay ones. Today I spent almost 2 hours in the store picking a few items only to get to the register for the cashier to tell me that they no longer accept any cardless payments. I go to the goodwill outlets up in Springfield (they are absolutely amazing and kind) and the goodwill next door use my apply pay there all the time without any problems. Cashier didn’t offer to hold my items when I said I didn’t have any cards on me because I always use Apple Pay. So I just walked out. Goodwill missed out on a $50 sale from me because of this. If you’re going to change policies it should be posted on the door visibly before someone spends a long time looking for things only to leave it behind. I’ll be shopping at St Vincent de Paul around the corner and Goodwill Outlet from now on.

Used to be one of my favorite thrift stores in the area, has gone down in quality severely in the last year or so. Unorganized and overpriced junk mostly

Cleanest goodwill I have been to but some items are very overpriced! Definitely not a non-profit.

Great prices, quality clothes, and a surprisingly banging soundtrack. Maybe I got lucky, but there was a vibe.

It's a nice store. Prices seemed decent and the store was well-lit.

Goodwill in general, and this store in particular, definitely isn't what it used to be. The selection of clothes seems poorer than in the other local Goodwill stores -- I find fewer quality pieces of clothes -- maybe 1 or 2 items at the most. And Goodwill itself has changed post-COVID -- no more half-price days, fewer clothes, and they no longer offer coats and jackets. And the hassle around the dressing room isn't worth it. First off, they're locked -- it's Goodwill policy. So you've got to go find a staff member to unlock the door, and they're always very busy & hard to locate. Then they lecture you re: the rules: no more than 6 items in the room, no carts in the dressing rooms, etc., usually in a rude preachy fashion. The last straw was last time I went -- they closed down the dressing rooms 1 hour before closing time!! No chance to try something on quickly before they close? That seemed like encroaching on a sacred customer right to me!! I used to love Goodwill, but the lack of customer focus and rigid rule structure has turned me off for good.

Goodwill should have never took the 50 percentage away when everything is 100 percent profit.
