Got to the register and stood there for 5 minutes while this employee just stared at me. Him and a female employee talking and she's singing in his ear at the register as she cleans. Nobody addressed me or anything but are standing there playing. Finally the guy who's been standing at the register the whole time asks me if these bowls are mine I say yes and I say I just need some chips and he says Okay and stands there mind you the female employee is still singing in his ear so he isng doing anything so I say again I just need chips please and he stares me in my face says okay and turns to the girl and says get her some chips. Girl says she asked you. Both of them playing in my face while I been standing there for five minutes patiently and at that point the lady had to take action to check me out and not the man at the register. If he was on break he should say something but he did nothing that entire interaction. Disorganized today it seems

It was a good morning and I think ? they need to keep the pull pork pot full ? because I didn't have much meat ? other than that it was very nice ???.Parking: Park right in front of the building are on the side of the building come in and sit down and help yourself very nice and clean ☺️Kid-friendliness: It's kids friendly but still watch your children, because it is a main strip cars move fast up there you don't want them to wander outside by themselves God forbid other than that it's nice ??Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room for wheelchairs to sit in and eat clean nice ??

I ordered on the app for delivery. As much as I love Chipotle, it's been my experience that when ordering from the app, your food will NEVER be prepared correctly. I ordered 2 burrito bowls, 1 double chicken, and the other steak. The chicken bowl was supposed to be double chicken, with the other fixing I chose. That's not what I received. Unless you consider 10 pieces of chicken double meat because that's what I got! They also neglected to put my 2nd bag of chips in the bag. I spent over $40 for both bowls with delivery, and my food was horrible! They want you to order via the app, but when you do, they can't even make your order right! DO NOT ORDER OFF THE APP FOR DELIVERY! From now on, I'll go into the store to get exactly what I want.As of 3/1/2024, a Rep from Chipotles Corporate office contacted me and refunded the 2 meals and chips with extras! So, I am happy to say, this has been resolved. Thank you Chipotle!

The chipotlane is supposed to be the fast east way to drive through and get your food.Yet half the time when I show up there is a 30+ minute wait.And since I’ve already ordered and paid through the app. Leaving means losing my lunch.Please fix your process so that orders can be processed faster. My pickup was scheduled for 11:50, I arrived at 12:00, it’s now 12:21 and there 6+ cars still ahead of me.Update: 12:51 I finally got my order.

went a few days ago. Some guy with dreads was making my food, visibly upset i wanted tacos instead of a bowl. Proceeds to go EXTREMELY slow on my order on purpose. SLAMS my tortillas on the foil to show he’s upset/mad. The portions were AWFUL. Not only this, but you can literally tell that the brown rice is just white rice with sauce on top…Im not one to really go around and nitpick whats wrong but this was just simply unacceptable behavior. this guy needs to be fired

I used to work for Chipotle at a different location and now I’m disappointed of how this company has become, first they take forever, skimping on meat portions as usual, always being incomplete on online orders, and rudely speaking to you with a very bad attitude, never coming back.

I saw that this location is rated pretty poorly. I've been here a few times. Service, food, wait time were all good each time. Maybe it's the time of day I go in? I'm not sure, but they take care of me and the food slaps. I wish I could review the other customers though because they're entitled, gluttonous monsters and I'm tired of seeing people touch the glass, talk to the employees like they're subhuman, and throw tantrums over vinaigrette.
