Amazing museum that has free parking and free general admission. My friend got married and had a reception here a while ago. There was a lot of amazing artworks and artifacts here that come from all around the world. Would definitely come back and also take a walk to visit mt. Adam’s nearby. Eden Park is also very beautiful and close by too!

A wonderful location to stop and see a lot of French painting. Pretty short on contemporary art and maybe spends too much time focusing on American art but it is very much the best in the area (though I haven't been to Cleveland yet).As a Chicagoan I'm impressed but slightly undwhelmed. Cincy still gets love from a visitor from the Windy city.

Our 7 year old son was talking about the museum a lot after they learned about it at school. So we gave it a shot. It was pretty interesting for us adults, but for kids the museum is not interactive enough.Sadly many of the supposed interactive exhibits are broken or missing. However we had a good time in the art room of the museum where we had the opportunity to make our own handcrafted art.

A stunning array of pieces from multiple artists and constant setting up of new events to showcase new artists as well as different places in art history. Prices for event admissions are fairly reasonable as well plus they have a dining area for where you can sit and enjoy a light snack.

Great collection, amazing space and great pieces worthy of photography. A definite visit for people coming to Cincinnati for tourism purposes.

If you enjoy art museums, you'll enjoy this one, which is free other than the rotating exhibits. If you love Rookwood Pottery, this is the spot for it. One of these days I'll stop in at the café and review it, but this visit was being capped off with a trip to Hofbrauhaus in Newport, Kentucky. Be sure to stop by the gift shop, with special consideration for the Charley Harper themed art tiles.

We visited this museum 5 years ago and couldn't cover all of it so went back today when they were open till 8pm. It's amazing that general admission is free. It's awe inspiring. Very well maintained. Polite staff. Make sure you wear your backpacks in the front or on one shoulder so that you don't bump into art work. They have clear restrooms too. Will definitely go back in the summer.

The museum is free to the public and has a diverse collection from across the world and ranging from different time periods. The strongest collection is of American art.I enjoyed that the museum is laid out in a linear manner starting with ancient art through contemporary. There is a large section of Cincinnati art. The building itself is a work of art and overlooks the city and Eden park.

Wonderful museum hosting a great and unique touring exhibit while we were there. Only knock against was the "art walk" didn't have much art on it, but the exhibits inside were incredible. Also, free except for special exhibits so you can't beat that price! Even the tickets for the touring exhibit were reasonable. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful institution and outstanding patron experience.I am embarrassed to say that this was my first trip to this museum after living in Ohio for MANY years.I was completely blown away by the beautiful building, the kindness of the staff, and the permanent collection. Wow!I hope that residents of Cincinnati take advantage of this absolute gem in their backyard. I can't wait to visit again.

I guess they are done with figurative. If it's not politically motivated, they don't do it anymore. If you like the old masters, you might want to find somewhere else. Used to be good back in the day before artswave took over and now pulling all the strings. Yeah, go somewhere else if you like actual art for art. I predict them having an attendance crisis in less than 12 years due to abandoning all it's original members and visitors and jumping on the lefty bandwagon.
