Contacted this location multiple times this week and spoke with Cole both times, who was a great help. They scheduled internet to be up in one house which was quick and successful, and gave me a variety of options to expand our network at another. Very helpful and professional, and knowledgable in the field. Would recommend AltaFiber to anyone who can access it, I've been a customer for over two years and have never once had an issue nor have I ever considered any other company's service since switching.

Serve OK. Not satisfied with the treatment we received when the channels under the Paramount umbrella were removed.

The people in the store were terrific. Very nice and as helpful as they were able to be. Cincy Bell was such a great company, great service, great with customers. But that’s all gone with Altifiber. It’s only about the bottom line now. They absolutely don’t care one bit about customers, no matter how loyal they have been. My bill has gone up quite a bit every year since alifiber took over and this year went way up, I called and asked why (not the folks in the store, they were great) and they basically said take it or leave it, pay up or cancel. This is absolutely not a company you want to get on board with. From some of the best prices in town to the very highest prices in town, and they would rather have you cancel than give you a reason to stay. Well…. I just canceled. And I won’t ever go back. Sick and tired of every single bill going absolutely through the roof for no reason.

Gasp!!! Arrive early and properly caffeinated as that early empty parking lot will quickly fill. This, and you will see pretty much everything. There is food from nearly everywhere...and port-o-let in the middle. Two story cheese? Québécois fast food sauce? Aisles of ramen? Kangaroo at the meat counter?!? Beer and wine, a combined plant and veggie section that feels like visiting a botanical garden, a seafood counter that feel like the seaport, and animatronics that sing and perform plays. There are pleasant staff throughout and the warehouse that is Jungle Jim's international section comes stocked with maps. Grab a coffee along the journey because you will want to see it all. A combined checkout section, two sides, leads to a central checkout aisle. Never knowing what items from around the world someone may be looking for, I do not envy this store's knowledgeable staff for the many questions they must receive each day. JJ's should have multiple tip jars. If you're a Jungle Jims rookie like me, wait till payday cause that shopping cart will quickly fill. Fun for all, enjoy this exhausting but delightful store. Now, on to the JJ podcast!

This grocery store. It is beautiful and dangerous and vast. Past historical eras and portals to other worlds are probably tucked around one corner or another. I love visiting grocery stores (I accept my bountiful weirdness) and this is the ultimate, the pinnacle. I was mostly here to find cheese, and oh did I find it, but I also found cider, honey, jams, crackers, and Turkish delight. Oh, and I had a cider on tap as I wandered, too. I did not stop a single other place in Cincinnati. I went to Jungle Jim's. I didn't need to go anywhere else.

Went here to get a few things. This really huge store! They had a lot to choose from. So many food options. The service was good and ambiance was cool! Everywhere you look there is something fun to look at.

What a store! This place goes on forever, and has every grocery related item you can imagine..... every ethnic cuisine you can name in fresh, frozen, canned and prepared, more fresh fruits and veggies than I have ever seen, deli items from around the world, a huge wine and liquor selection, candy, bakery, starbucks, jersey mike's, cooking and culinary supplies, huge toy section, exotic (to Americans) fresh meats, a hot sauce selection that actually had 4 men standing around debating merits of various things, a jerky wall that puts Buckee's to shame, cigars, even a butter bar. I am leaving a lot out. We walked every aisle, it took over 4 hours. And many dollars. Many MANY dollars. Prices are average, not at all high as I would have imagined would be needed to support such a large infrastructure and staff. Friendly people, quick checkouts, easy parking. My wife wishes we lived close by so we could go there every week. I thank the gods we do not! But I will absolutely make it a destination every time we are in Cincinnati.

When I lived in Ohio, I visited here frequently. Since moving out of state, I made my first visit in almost 5 years, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. Upon arrival, I noticed the entrance now leads into a toy store section of the store vs. the talking corn cob and Campbell's soup can. Once I got my bearing, I proceeded with my shopping. The goal was to grab some of their pre marinated meats and some other items for a quick dinner when I got home. As I approached the meat department, I noticed the pre marinated meats were missing... While I did find some rubs and sauces in the mega marinade/hot sauce aisle and other items I came in for, the store has definitely changed a lot and left me wanting to find a rewind button.

Omg I've never been to a place like this, it was amazing and I already want to go back again. We went twice this weekend, once to this location and once to the other location. I'm not a local but this location seems to be the original and the other one is the second location. We made the mistake of going in the back entrance into the alcohol section of the store and then we exited out the front of the store so we had to walk halfway around the building to get back to our car. Don't make the same mistake we did. Anyway, I loved this place and was blown away by the amount of specialty foods, both perishable things like produce and meat, to shelf stable foods. I've been to Country Junction in PA and I feel like even though they have different offerings, they aim for a similar concept, to deliver a unique shopping experience for locals and tourists alike. But dare I say Jungle Jim's far surpasses Country Junction in the delivery of that concept. Jungle Jim's is pretty easy to navigate, as easy as a place this big can be. I do wish they would get different shopping carts though, because the bulky plastic ones take up more space than necessary. My main regret about my visit to Jungle Jim's is that we weren't staying at a place with a refrigerator/freezer because I would have totally gotten some cold foods if I could be sure that I could safely store and transport them back home. I will definitely be back next time I'm even remotely in the area.

While I know better than to visit Jungle Jim's on a Saturday, I saw there was a Pickle Smash event and couldn't stay away. Jungle Jim's puts on SO many fun food & drink events-- many of which are free. They held the pickle event in the produce department, which made for some crazy chaos and I felt bad for regular shoppers, but I was pumped to see such a great turnout. Jungle Jim's might be overwhelming at times, but it really is a fun place to be.

I love this place! The food, beer, wine and drink selection is great! There is so much variety, you could spend all day in there and not get bored!
