RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!Update: I canceled this service week ago.They keep charging my account over and over and no one can talk to me and every single person I've called does not speak english.I cannot understand a words they're saying and they will not transfer me to anyone in the united states. The english per se is so broken.I do not know what they're saying this is a nightmare. They have overcharged me over $900 worth already!!!!!! The actual will was $70!!!! They just keep charging me more!!!! BEWARE!!!!!Called to cancel my service and confirmed why I should cancel!!!! This company is an absolute nightmare!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! TRYING TO CONVINCE ME THAT I AM IN A CONTRACT!!!! I HAVE HAD THE SAME SERVICE SINCE 2011!!!! SO, I AM IN A 13 YEAR CONTRACT?????After this was all said and done, I asked where they were located and the man said the Philippines.We have no internet. This is a business that needs internet access! I am unable to reach anyone! This is NOT OKAY. You need a better system to help small businesses if you are going to offer service to them. We depend on our internet to run our business and pay you to make this available to us.Total fail! Still! I have been a Cincinnati Bell customer for 30 plus years and have watched this company from fine to bad to a just plain disaster. Now, the will not cancel my service unless I physically go to the actual store to cancel. I have wanted 2 hrs and 35 minutes this week trying to cancel my phone and internet only to be told I have to go to a store.

I had the pleasure of working with Martin (field tech) from AltaFiber, and I must say, he exceeded all expectations. His professionalism, expertise, and knowledge were unparalleled. Not only did he resolve our issues efficiently, but his customer service was exceptional. Martin's positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. With Spectrum trying hard and often in our neighborhood to get us to switch to inferior service at incredible rates, it's clear that it's great people like Martin who will keep us loyal to AltaFiber. I hope to have Martin as our technician every time. He truly was amazing!

Altafiber service technician was prompt and efficient. I still can't believe the company sent equipment to us to install ourselves when it was obviously impossible. Our technician handled it very well.

customer service is a waste of time. they have yet to solve even the simplest problem. the have lied to me many many times. there is no avenue to file a complaint or to get resolution. I have been working for five days to get resolution to my latest problem.
